Il cliente viene coccolato e seguito sin dall'ingresso nel negozio, senza alcuna pressione vengono mostrati svariate tipologie di prodotti disponibili. Il personale qualificato espone le caratteristiche delle diverse montature con dovizia di particolari. In questo modo è possibile comprendere il perché di alcuni prezzi che potrebbero sembrare eccessivi.
Successivamente all'acquisto se si dovessero presentare problemi, l'assistenza è completa sino alla sua risoluzione ed il cliente rimane soddisfatto e contento dell'acquisto.
Sono tutti cordiali, disponibili e competenti.
