★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, sono entrata in questo negozio per acquistare degli occhiali, pensando che in questo periodo venissero sanificati o quanto meno puliti dopo che i clienti effettuano la prova. Ebbene alcuni mi sono rifiutata di provarli in quanto erano visibilmente sporchi, l'ho fatto presente alla commessa, la quale ha preso una pezza lercia (evidentemente usata per tutti gli occhiali, senza l'uso di alcun prodotto) e l'ha passata sugli occhiali..... Attonita sono andata via senza acquistare...
Bad, I went into this shop to buy some glasses, thinking that in this period they were sanitized or at least cleaned after the customers take the test. Well some I refused to try them on as they were visibly dirty, I pointed this out to the saleswoman, who took a filthy piece (obviously used for all glasses, without the use of any product) and passed it on glasses ..... Dazed I left without buying ...

Beautiful experience! Yesterday I went to a lipari optician to buy a pair of sunglasses. I was thrilled with the professionalism of the lady who followed me because she was able to recommend the right frame for me. Of course it took me a while to choose but it was worth it!
