Ultima esperienza negativa. Consigliate lenti sbagliate, poca manualità nel maneggiare la montatura, ordine di lenti di contatto non evaso. E meno male che ne avevo sottolineato l'importanza in vista dello spettacolo finale di mia figlia. Se, passando, dovessi rivedere le stesso personale farò marcia indietro e mi recherò presso un ottico vero. Va bene la comodità degli orari e l'accumulo punti, ma non a discapito del servizio.

Last negative experience. Recommended wrong lenses, little manual handling of the frame, order of non-evacuated contact lenses. And thank goodness I had emphasized its importance in view of my daughter's final show. If, in passing, I had to see the same personnel again, I will back down and go to a real optician. The convenience of the times and the accumulation of points is fine, but not at the expense of the service.
