★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con questa persona perché associato con occhiali24.it ,dopo avermi ricontrollato la vista che tra l'altro era compresa nell'offerta proposta da occhiali24,ha ritenuto opportuno cambiarmi la gradazione ,e dopo avermi consegnato gli occhiali ho riscontrato problemi nella visione da lontano,accusando enormi difficoltà soprattutto nel guidare e visto che nell'offerta è prevista anche un un'assicurazione per eventuali problemi,li ho riportati indietro spiegandogli ilproblema riscontrato.
Dopo avermi rivisitato mi ha trattato malissimo dicendomi che il problema ero io e che addirittura avevo bisogno di un cannocchiale,ho risolto la disputa facendomi rimettere la vecchia gradazione.
Sarò costretto a ritornare da questa persona per ritirare gli occhiali con le lenti nuove ma ne farei volentieri a meno visto la sua scarsa professionalità.

After revisiting me he treated me very badly, telling me that I was the problem and that I even needed a telescope, I solved the dispute by having me put the old gradation back on.
I will be forced to return to this person to collect the glasses with new lenses but I would gladly do it unless given his lack of professionalism.
