★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente incompetenti, ho chiesto di realizzare delle lenti identiche a quelle che avevo, le hanno rifatte totalmente diversi, non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema e tanto meno a venire in contro all'errore da loro causato.
Per capire l'errore ho dovuto aspettare il parere di un secondo ottico (piu esperto) penso che il problema siano le persone che vi lavorano all'interno che abbassano la competenza di un ottico professionista.
Non tornerò mai piu e parlerò male della loro catena con tutti, sono dei disonesti se ne approfittano delle persone.
Il peggior ottico in assoluto !!!! DA EVITARE
Absolutely incompetent, I asked to make lenses identical to the ones I had, they remade them completely different, they failed to solve the problem, much less to come up against the error they caused.
To understand the error, I had to wait for the opinion of a second (more expert) optician. I think the problem is the people who work inside it who lower the competence of a professional optician.
I will never go back and speak ill of their chain with everyone, they are dishonest if they take advantage of people.
The worst optician ever !!!! TO AVOID

Mi hanno invertito le lenti degli occhiali e solo dopo 5 mesi un altro ottico se n'è reso conto e si è scusato per l'incompetenza dei colleghi! Mai più

Sono stati acquistati presso questo punto vendita delle lenti per occhiali da sole, senza richiedere a quando risalisse le mia ultima visita oculistica e senza farmi presente che su una montatura come la mia la lente avrebbe potuto sbordare dalla montatura stessa.
Inoltre ho prenotato un paio di lenti a contatto da prova, ma dopo un'attesa di 2 mesi mi è stato riferito che avrebbero dovuto rifare l'ordine.
INEFFICIENCY AND LOW PROFESSIONALISM
Sunglass lenses were purchased at this store, without asking when my last eye examination was dated and without letting me know that on a frame like mine the lens could have protruded from the frame itself.
I also booked a pair of trial contacts, but after a 2 month wait I was told that they would have to re-order.
