Ci si mette poco a capire la preparazione e l'attenzione alla persona che c'è dietro al professionista. Anche la collaboratrice presente in negozio è davvero preparata e molto simpatica :-) che non guasta mai! ^_^ Ringrazio per l'eccellente prodotto che io e mio marito abbiamo acquistato! A nice shop! excellent service! A truly trained, kind and customer service optician. It takes little to understand the preparation and attention to the person behind the professional. Mi sono sentita a mio agio nella scelta, per me sempre complicata, degli occhiali da vista. Il controllo di Riccardo è stato molto scrupoloso e ora ho un paio di occhiali belli, che mi piacciono addosso e coi quali vedo finalmente bene! Penso proprio di aver trovato il mio ottico di riferimento! More than positive experience with Valentina and Riccardo. Competent, friendly, easy-going. I felt at ease in the choice, always complicated for me, of eyeglasses. Riccardo's control was very scrupulous and now I have a beautiful pair of glasses, which I like on me and with which I finally see well! I really think I have found my reference optician!

Visita accuratissima, consiglio:occhiali progressivi. Scettica, ma la gentilezza e la professionalità fin li dimostrata, ni convincono.. Mai avuto occhi rilassati fino a sera, mai guidato senza difficoltà di notte. Acquistati anche quelli da sole, speso un po' di più, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena!! GRAZIE, mille volte GRAZIE! I arrive at the optician in Arese on the ADVICE of my pharmacist on a Saturday morning, eyes so tired that I can't keep them open. Very accurate visit, advice: progressive glasses. Skeptical, but the kindness and professionalism demonstrated so far, convince us .. Never had relaxed eyes until evening, never drove without difficulty at night. Even bought those alone, spent a little more, but it's absolutely worth it !! THANK YOU, a thousand times THANK YOU!

Ho effettuato la visita di controllo della vista, e con l'occasione ho deciso di cambiare la mia vecchia montatura optando per una marchiata Dolce&Gabbana. L'occhiale mi é stato consegnato appena 2 giorni dopo aver effettuato la visita, é leggero, comodo e alla moda. Esperienza positiva, consiglio vivamente di provare! The Optician of Arese has been my point of reference for about 6 years, Riccardo and Valentina are professional and helpful. I had an eye checkup, and on the occasion I decided to change my old frame by opting for a Dolce & Gabbana branded one. The glasses were delivered to me just 2 days after the visit, they are light, comfortable and fashionable. Positive experience, highly recommend to try!

Ho trovato ascolto, attenzione, simpatia e pazienza (tanta!!!), tutte qualità che vanno al di là della competenza tecnica e che rendono questo negozio un posto speciale in cui mi fermo anche solo a fare quattro chiacchiere. Non hanno la smania di vendere “purché compri va bene tutto”, ma si dedicano a te con passione per farti sentire a tuo agio con gli occhiali che indosserai. Super consigliato?? I moved to Arese only a few months ago and I found a second home in this shop! The professionalism of Riccardo and Valentina has no equal. I found listening, attention, sympathy and patience (a lot !!!), all qualities that go beyond technical competence and that make this shop a special place where I stop even just for a chat. They do not have the urge to sell “as long as you buy everything is fine”, but they dedicate themselves to you with passion to make you feel at ease with the glasses you will wear. Super recommended??
