Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da vista 16 giorni fa e ancora non li ho ricevuti, nonostante li abbia pagati per intero alla data di acquisto e nonostante mi venne detto che per la consegna dell'occhiale ci voleva una settimana di tempo affinché arrivassero in negozio e un paio di giorni per la spedizione a casa. Questa procedura obbligata (di spedizione a casa) mi è stata detta al momento del pagamento, non prima. Inoltre chiamando in negozio non mi è stato fornito un motivo di tale ritardo nè la disponibilità a sollecitare il laboratorio o informarsi con con questo di quale fosse la causa del ritardo. Prossimo occhiale in un altro negozio. I can't rate the product because I haven't received it yet but at this point I can rate the service. I bought a pair of eyeglasses 16 days ago and still haven't received them, despite having paid for them in full on the date of purchase and despite being told that it took a week for the glasses to arrive in the store. and a few days for home shipping. This mandatory procedure (shipping to home) was told to me at the time of payment, not before. In addition, by calling the shop I was not given a reason for this delay nor the willingness to request the laboratory or inquire with it what was the cause of the delay. Avrei dovuto aspettare un messaggio sul cellulare.. premetto che avevo comunicato che sarei dovuta partire e avevo necessità di avere gli occhiali prima. Dopo 10 giorni vado in negozio e mi dicono che il mio ordine è in lavorazione, che sarebbe arrivato il 27 e mi avrebbero inviato un msg; di fronte al mio malcontento mi viene detto che me li potevano mandare in vacanza..giusto pensare che io in vacanza aspetti il corriere! Comunque ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcun messaggio, sconsiglio questo punto vendita ed il personale..formato con risposte precostituite che non tengono in conto le esigenze del cliente. I state that I had communicated that I had to leave and I needed to have glasses first. La persona che mi ha seguito nelle varie fasi per l'acquisto di due paia di occhiali è stata molto gentile e professionale. La nota dolente è stata nei tempi di consegna, che sono sforati di molto e nelle fumose risposte sui motivi del ritardo. Devo dire però, che alla consegna degli occhiali, ho ricevuto scuse sincere e la riparazione gratuita di un paio di vecchi occhiali. Queste azioni hanno sanato il disagio provocato.
