Purtroppo un palloncino si è sgonfiato quando lo abbiamo ritirato. Contattata la proprietaria tramite i social ha risposto tempestivamente nonostante fosse sabato sera, abbiamo concordato insieme l’orario in cui vederci il giorno dopo, ha aperto il negozio di domenica mattina e ha sostituito il palloncino che era danneggiato con uno nuovo e più grande, senza alcun sovrapprezzo… la consiglio per la sua disponibilità, responsività e capacità di problem solving.
