Scappate più lontano possibile da questa Agenzia. Piena di personaggi che si sentono bravi venditori solo perché indossano una divisa brandizzata, mentre invece provano a estorcere più soldi possibile con assoluta arroganza e incapacità (in primis il proprietario). Ostentano falsa gentilezza e decantano l’eccellenza del loro lavoro, ma in realtà applicano il metodo del minimo sforzo per un massimo guadagno. Pessimi dal punto di vista della qualità della prestazione lavorativa, e soprattutto del rapporto col cliente.

They display false kindness and praise the excellence of their work, but in reality they apply the method of minimum effort for maximum profit. Bad from the point of view of the quality of the work performance, and above all of the relationship with the customer.

In primis il titolare Salvatore, ma anche tutti gli altri collaboratori: Giulia, Ilenia e Francesco. Debbo aggiungere altro? Affidatevi a loro?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente delusi, credevamo' "Tecnocasa" fosse una garanzia e assistenza in tutto e per tutto a risolvere qualsiasi problema nonostante le criticità del momento. Invece si è rilevato tutt'altro , nonostante tempo ce ne fosse e nostri solleciti a reperire documenti essenziali per una sanatoria veranda della casa che stavamo per acquistare. Han perso tempo, anzi per oltre un mese ignorato proprio il problema e ciò che a noi avrebbe comportato e non hanno avvisato venditore del tutto. Si affidano tra l altro a tecnici incompetenti e la cosa più assurda che ci han proposto per ovviare al problema di cambiare notaio per rogitare, ignorando che poi nel futuro noi avremmo avuto problemi legati a casa.
Perso tantissimi mesi dopo firma del compromesso e purtroppo i danneggiati siamo noi e senza una casa.
Deeply disappointed, we believed "Tecnocasa" was a guarantee and assistance in all respects to solve any problem despite the critical issues of the moment. On the other hand, something else was found, despite the fact that there was time and our urges to find essential documents for an amnesty on the veranda of the house we were about to buy. They wasted time, indeed for over a month they ignored the problem and what it would have entailed for us and they did not notify the seller at all. Among other things, they rely on incompetent technicians and the most absurd thing they proposed to us to overcome the problem of changing notary to notarize, ignoring that in the future we would have problems related to home.
We have lost many months after signing the compromise and unfortunately we are the ones who are damaged and homeless.
