★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Pensano solo ad intascare la commissione, l'etica professionale non sanno nemmeno che cosa sia. Le recensioni positive probabilmente se le scrivono da soli. Evitateli come la peste.
Bad. They only think about pocketing the commission, professional ethics don't even know what it is. Positive reviews are probably written by themselves. Avoid them like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro un appartamento in zona. Ho avuto dei problemi a far cancellare delle ipoteche che gravavano sulla casa, ma grazie all'intervento del notaio e di Patrick, il responsabile dell'agenzia, ho risolto. Professionali e cortesi gli altri ragazzi, Giulia e David.
I bought an apartment in the area from them. I had problems getting rid of the mortgages that weighed on the house, but thanks to the intervention of the notary and Patrick, the manager of the agency, I solved it. The other guys, Giulia and David are professional and courteous.

1. Quando si va ad effettuare l'acquisto di un immobile, la commissione del 4% la chiedono soltanto al compratore, costringendolo così - ex abrupto - a pagare decine di migliaia di euro, e ciò nonostante dal contratto si evinca che questa debba essere corrisposta TANTO dal compratore QUANTO dal venditore;
2. Se i proprietari di casa sono assenti e il compratore deve far effettuare un sopralluogo alle varie ditte, contattano il compratore anziché il proprietario, sottoponendo al primo un problema che non gli/le dovrebbe interessare minimamente.
Purtroppo non vale la pena nemmeno chiamare in causa gli avvocati, perché ci si ritroverebbe soltanto a perdere altri soldi.
Io saprei benissimo come definire questa gente, ma mi asterrò perché sono un Signore.
Bad experience:
1. When you go to make the purchase of a property, the 4% commission is only asked to the buyer, thus forcing him - out of the blue - to pay tens of thousands of euros, and nevertheless from the contract it is clear that this must be paid BOTH by the buyer AND by the seller;
2. If the homeowners are absent and the buyer has to have the various firms inspected, they contact the buyer rather than the owner, submitting to the former a problem that should not interest him / her in the slightest.
Unfortunately it is not even worth calling the lawyers, because you would only end up losing more money.
I would know very well how to define these people, but I will abstain because I am a Lord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, mi ritrovo a sconsigliare questa agenzia per vari motivi. Zero empatia con il cliente (sia esso acquirente o venditore), zero rispetto su ciò che viene firmato da entrambi le parti, zero verità sulle parole date e zerissimo su quello che viene scritto. Non ho proceduto per vie legali (avevo già la lettera dell'avvocato pronta) solo per togliermi da mezzo tutta la faccenda e godermi tranquilla casa nuova. Ma una recensione negativa, non la toglie nessuno. A me dispiace eh?! Però se nessuno segnala, andrà sempre tutto alla fanfara!

Unfortunately, I find myself discouraging this agency for various reasons. Zero empathy with the customer (be it buyer or seller), zero respect for what is signed by both parties, zero truth about the words given and very zero about what is written. I didn't take legal action (I already had the lawyer's letter ready) just to get the whole thing out of the way and enjoy a quiet new home. But a negative review, nobody takes it away. I'm sorry huh ?! But if no one reports, everything will always go to the fanfare!
