Mi hanno sostituito gratuitamente le lenti ritenute difettose riconsegnandomi oggi gli occhiali, come nuovi.
Che dire, corretti, bravi e affidabili
After a first misunderstanding, they called me back, reconsidered the problem and recognized the reasons for my complaint.
I have replaced the lenses deemed defective free of charge, returning the glasses to me today, as new.
