★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi piacciono le recensioni fatte per amicizia - qui c'è veramente un'ottima professionalità ed un vero servizio al Cliente. Si è seguiti e se chiedi di sostituire un occhiale perchè non ti trovi bene te lo cambiano senza farti storie e seguendoti fino al punto di essere soddisfatto. Non ho nessuna critica, solo un'idea per renderli ancora più competitivi: magari introdurre dei marchi più particolari dell'occhialeria oltre a quelli più classici e conosciuti - ma dipende dalla politica del gruppo.
 I do not like reviews made for friendship - here there is really excellent professionalism and a real customer service. You are followed and if you ask to replace a pair of glasses because you do not feel good, they will change it without making you stories and following you to the point of being satisfied. I do not have any criticism, just an idea to make them even more competitive: maybe introduce some of the most particular eyewear brands as well as the more classic and well-known ones - but it depends on the group's policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo cambiare le stecche degli occhiali perché le avevo rotte, due commessi mi hanno detto che le stecche non erano sostituibili perché il modello era fuori produzione e non reperibile, pertanto avrei dovuto comprare degli occhiali nuovi. In un altro grandvision invece mi hanno detto tutt'altro, ovvero il mio modello era perfettamente reperibile e mi hanno sostituito le stecche senza problemi. Non comprerò mai più nulla in questo negozio per non contribuire allo stipendio di persone scorrette con i clienti.
I had to change the slats of the glasses because I had broken them, two salesmen told me that the slats were not replaceable because the model was out of production and not available, so I would have to buy new glasses. In another grandvision instead they told me anything, or my model was perfectly available and they replaced the battens without problems. I will never buy anything in this shop again to not contribute to the salary of unfair people with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando un cliente paga, subito, profumatamente e senza far storie o chiedere più di quel che gli spetta, vale la regola "soddisfatti o rimborsati". Questi "signori", compreso la biondazza antipaticissima e maleducatissima che sta là dentro, hanno inventato mille scuse, mille giustificazioni per non far valere una garanzia di due anni su un occhiale DI TRE MESI, con EVIDENTI DIFETTI DI FABBRICA. Dicono che le montature sono prodotte da luxottica ma diffidate, è roba CINESE! NON ANDATE! EVITATE DI RIVOLGERVI A QUESTE SUBDOLE CATENE COMMERCIALI! Andate piuttosto dal caro vecchio ottico privato. Vi rispetta di più e non si permette di prendervi per i fondelli!

These "gentlemen", including the very unpleasant and rude blond girl who is in there, have invented a thousand excuses, a thousand justifications for not enforcing a two-year warranty on a THREE MONTHS eyewear with EVIDENT FACTORY DEFECTS. They say the frames are produced by luxottica but beware, it's CHINESE stuff! DO NOT GO! AVOID ADDRESSING THESE SUBDLE COMMERCIAL CHAINS! Go to the good old private optician instead. He respects you more and doesn't allow himself to take you for a ride!

Mi hanno seguita dal primo momento con attenzione, fino alla consegna dei nuovi occhiali.

Both Luca and the girl who took care of the eye examination (I apologize but I don't remember the name) were very kind, clear and nice without ever losing professionalism.
They followed me carefully from the first moment until the delivery of the new glasses.

Professionalism and friendliness go hand in hand in this optical shop in the center of Padua; this morning they accompanied me during my first experience with contact lenses, like taking a child to the first day of school ... really happy with so much dedication to customer satisfaction ... congratulations ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da molti anni mi faccio consigliare dallo staff di Gran Visione di Via Altinate. Personale molto disponibile, attento e preparato.
Ottima anche l'assistenza: mi è capitato di aver rotto accidentalmente gli occhiali, ma con l'assicurazione sottoscritta contestualmente all'acquisto, il danno è stato riparato senza costi aggiuntivi (consiglio di fare sempre l'assicurazione aggiuntiva visto il buon prezzo e la grande copertura).
Recentemente Francesca e Luca sono stati molto pazienti e hanno risolto tutti i miei dubbi per l'acquisto del mio primo paio di occhiali con lenti bifocali.
In conclusione posso solo che consigliare questo store! Grazie!
For many years I have been advised by the staff of Gran Visione in Via Altinate. Staff very helpful, attentive and prepared.
The assistance is also excellent: I happened to have accidentally broken my glasses, but with the insurance taken out at the same time as the purchase, the damage was repaired at no additional cost (I recommend to always do the additional insurance given the good price and great coverage).
Recently Francesca and Luca have been very patient and have solved all my doubts for the purchase of my first pair of glasses with bifocal lenses.
In conclusion I can only recommend this store! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been the client of this optics for more than 2 years! I won’t go there no more! And advise my friends to avoid this place! Last time I went there to buy 4 packages of lenses like usually, because the fourth package is free. Their consultant RICCARDO convinced me to buy new ‘super’ lenses that are more expensive than those I usually buy. With these new lenses my eyes became tired very fast and sensitive to the sun light and wind. So I went there to exchange unopened boxes to the regular lenses. This RICCARDO didn’t say any sorry (he was actually rude like always) and made me pay for extra packages saying that this promotion is applied to the same marks of lenses. Dear administration of GrandVision, I remind you that it was your consultant who made me buy these new lenses! In this case he was supposed, at least, to say sorry and to reimburse the price difference instead of making me pay extra and be rude! I hope you will take measures and teach you consultants about the client service!
