★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente pessimo in tutto, non esiste altro aggettivo che definisca meglio sia il servizio che la quantità della merce. Purtroppo per me ho acquistato degli occhiali da vista che mi hanno dato e continuano a darmi problemi e difficoltà di visione. E dire che li devo portare tutto il giorno!!! Personale estremamente scortese (AD ECCEZIONE DI 1/2 COMMESSI) ed assolutamente non preparato sotto il profilo tecnico. Oltretutto per ricevere il rimborso della merce scadente (ho speso oltre 400€ comprando il meglio che offrivano) devo aspettare oltre 20 giorni!! Nel frattempo dovrei spendere altro denaro per acquistare gli occhiali da un'altra parte!!! SCANDALOSI!! SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!
 Simply bad in everything, there is no other adjective that better defines both the service and the quantity of the goods. Unfortunately for me I bought some eyeglasses that they gave me and continue to give me problems and vision difficulties. And to say that I have to wear them all day !!! Extremely rude staff (EXCEPT 1/2 ORDER) and absolutely not technically trained. Moreover, to receive a refund for poor goods (I spent over € 400 buying the best they offered) I have to wait over 20 days !! In the meantime I would have to spend more money to buy the glasses elsewhere !!! SCANDALS !! I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perchè non è possibile metterne sotto zero. Compro un paio di Ray Ban (valore € 180,00 inclusivo di assicurazione) e:
1- mi viene dato il paio di occhiali direttamente da esposizione (quelli che vengono provati da tutti) senza nessuna verifica di un nuovo articolo a magazzino;
2- la Responsabile del punto vendita, con arroganza, saccenza e presunzione, noncurante del fatto che gli occhiali si presentassero in maniera più che evidente sporchi e addirittura rigati sulla lente destra, mi fa compilare con riluttanza il form per richiedere la sostituzione della lente in garanzia;
3- un altro addetto alla vendita si esprime in tono totalmente non professionale e derisorio dicendo che "noi non fabbrichiamo gli occhiali", come per dire "arrangiati"
Sto aspettando che mi arrivino le lenti. Qualora tutto non procedesse secondo i termini dell'assicurazione che ho fortunatamente stipulato, mi riserverò il diritto di rivolgermi a chi di competenza per la tutela dei miei diritti di consumatrice.
A star because it is not possible to put it below zero. I buy a pair of Ray Ban (value € 180.00 including insurance) and:
1 - I am given a pair of glasses directly from display (those that are tried by everyone) without any verification of a new item in stock;
2- the store manager, with arrogance, saccenza and presumption, regardless of the fact that the glasses appeared in a more than obvious way dirty and even lined on the right lens, makes me fill in the form reluctantly to request the replacement of the lens in warranty;
3- another salesman expresses himself in a totally unprofessional and derisive tone saying that "we do not manufacture glasses", as if to say "arranged"
I'm waiting for the lenses to arrive. If everything does not proceed according to the terms of the insurance that I have fortunately stipulated, I will reserve the right to turn to those of competence for the protection of my rights as a consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente le montature non valgono 1 centesimo! 3montature cambiate in un anno. Infatti sto andando da un altra parte. Io ho un paio di occhiali,non presi da voi ovviamente,sono 3 anni che li porto e non si sono toccati. Presi da voi un paio,3 montature ho cambiato nel giro di un anno...datemi retta: CHIUDETE!
Surely the frames are not worth 1 cent! 3mounts changed in a year. In fact, I'm going somewhere else. I have a pair of glasses, obviously not taken from you, I have been wearing them for 3 years and they have not touched. Taken from you a couple, 3 frames I changed within a year ... listen to me: CLOSE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono venuto a ritirare gli occhiali da vista e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto appena indossati vedevo tutto con una chiarezza unica riuscivo a vedere addirittura gli occhi della commessa Benedetta di un azzurro unico e questo mi fa piacere perché con gli occhiali che avevo prima comprati in un altro centro sono rimasto poco soddisfatto Qui invece ho fatto sia la visita che la montatura e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto il personale oltre ad essere qualificato e anche in gamba tornerò spesso per le novità e acquistare altri occhiali Grazie ancora
This morning I came to pick up the eyeglasses and I was really satisfied as soon as they were worn I saw everything with a unique clarity I could even see the eyes of the saleswoman Benedetta of a unique blue and this makes me happy because with the glasses I had previously bought in another center I was not very satisfied Here instead I made both the visit and the frame and I was really satisfied with the staff as well as being qualified and also able to return often for the news and buy more glasses Thanks again

Sì sono rovinate dopo poco, a differenza di altre acquistate altrove (durate anni) e trattate in maniera equivalente. Garanzia non accettata.
Buona scelta sulle montature.
Low quality eyeglass lenses.
Yes they are ruined after a while, unlike others purchased elsewhere (lasting years) and treated in an equivalent manner. Warranty not accepted.
Good choice on frames.
