Non mi hanno fatto la tessera fedeltà che avevo già preattivato online. Mi sono rivolto ad altro punto vendita e ho fatto tutto e acquistato tutto quello che mi serviva e anche di più in quanto ho trovato una commessa gentilissima e preparata. Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio presso il Centro Commerciale Collestrada. The products are valid, Equivalence is a renowned chain, the problem is the staff that works in the store, surly, rude, superficial. They did not make me the loyalty card that I had already pre-activated online. I went to another store and I did everything and bought everything I needed and even more since I found a very kind and well-prepared saleswoman. I strongly advise against this shop at the Collestrada Shopping Center.

Vorrei proprio vedere se si possono permettere il lusso di perdere vendite!! I was not sold a product because it does not have a green pass .... Shame !!
