In questo momento, a tutela della clientela non si può girare all'interno del negozio ma si chiede all'ingresso ciò di cui si ha bisogno e possono entrare due persone per volta, una scelta che sicuramente li penalizza, ma che denota un grande senso civico. Non facciamo nemmeno in tempo a oltrepassare la porta che la commessa si gira e ci dice (siccome avevamo una cagnolina) che non dovevamo farle fare pipì nel negozio perché già è capitato! Sentendoci “non accettate” usciamo, poi avendo bisogno di un prodotto, rientro da sola e sento la commessa, ( che prima ha affermato che i cani non la disturbavano, anzi potevano entrare) SPARLARE, che i cani non si dovrebbero portare nei negozi, ma che lei li tiene dove devono stare. Allora partendo dal presupposto che la signora non si dovrebbe permettere di giudicare, ma di pensare a lavorare e vendere, anche perché oggi ha perso una presunta cliente e che se i cani non li vogliono dentro ( cosa assurda nel 2021) mettessero un cartello fuori con attestante divieto di accesso. Sconvolta dall’atteggiamento me ne sono andata senza lasciarle un €. Ah e se la cagnolina avesse fatto pipì l’avrei pulita io mia cara signora! 1 star for the staff.
