★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio senza dubbio fornito e in linea con gli altri negozi della catena. Tuttavia c'è sempre qualcosa che non torna in questo centro. Ogni volta che ci sono andato ho trovato scatole e carrelli pieni di materiale da esporre, a volte lasciati lungo le corsie impedendo il normale accesso agli scaffali. Possibile che io capiti sempre nel giorno di allestimento? Inoltre a volte le commesse, pur gentili, fanno degli enormi scivoloni. Un esempio? Mi trovavo alla cassa e non c'era nessuno. Una commessa stava facendo un pacchetto e si è rivolta alla collega chiedendole di andare in cassa. La risposta di quest'ultima è stata: «Sto servendo una cliente, mica mi sto grattando!». Così, dinanzi a tutti, da una corsia all'altra… Giudicate voi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la seconda volta mi reco presso CAD di via scuola a Perugia. Le commesse sono sempre gentili e salutano ogni qualvolta un cliente entra. Devo però dire che per ben 2 volte ho avuto lo stesso problema relativo al prezzo. Nel primo caso una cuffia per piscina e nel secondo caso (oggi) la ricarica duck fresh in offerta. Mi reco alla cassa e per entrambe le occasioni il prezzo differiva da quello esposto. Una volta fatta la segnalazione la commessa mi chiede se voglio il denaro indietro piuttosto che darmi l'articolo al prezzo esposto. Sono infuriato dal loro atteggiamento. Passi una volta ma la seconda volta invece viene la commessa a verificare il prezzo con me prima di batterlo e poi alla cassa è diverso e NON MI DICE NULLA. ME NE ACCORGO SOLO A CASA!!! Il prezzo esposto era 2.59 mentre alla cassa mi batte 2.99. Per carità non è per i 0.40 cent. di differenza ma per la presa in giro. Di certo farò cattiva pubblicità e non tornerò più.
For the second time I go to CAD at via Scuola in Perugia. The orders are always kind and greet whenever a customer enters. However, I have to say that I had the same price problem twice. In the first case a swimming cap for the pool and in the second case (today) the fresh duck reload on offer. I go to the cashier and for both occasions the price differed from the one shown. Once the report is made, the clerk asks me if I want the money back rather than giving me the item at the price displayed. I am infuriated by their attitude. You pass once but the second time is the order to check the price with me before beating it and then it's different at the cash desk and I DON'T SAY ANYTHING. ME I NEVER CHOOSE AT HOME !!! The price displayed was 2.59 while the cashier beats me 2.99. For goodness sake it is not for 0.40 cents. of difference but for the mockery. I will certainly do bad publicity and never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo comportamento della commessa, che dopo che lo chiamata più volte, mi rispondeva di sfuggito, dedicandosi chi sa che cosa?
Volevo diversi consigli sul vari prodotti,specialmente cosmetici, che avevo l'intenzione di aquistare alla fine, non darmi attenzione sono andata via insodisfatta.
Questo comportamento della commessa verso il cliente è inaccettabile e dannoso per la azienda!

Lo consiglio non solo per il rapporto qualità prezzo ma anche perché le commesse sono sempre sorridenti,gentili e disponibili..qualità che si trovano raramente oggi giorno!!
