Devo dire che grazie alla gentilezza della venditrice il negozio ha acquisito un nuovo cliente!!!! Non le si può porre una domanda che risponde male, per niente garbata. Ok magari era una giornata NO, ma perchè prendersela coi clienti? Forse perchè sono alto e carino e lei non può permettersi una persona come me? o è lesbica e quindi ha un rifiuto verso gli uomini? Poco importa, fatto sta che è davvero antipatica. Le montature poi... se ce ne sono 80 è anche troppo. Sembra più un laboratorio che un negozio di ottica. The space is large and bright but the staff (a 45-year-old lady with black hair) is very sprucid. You can't ask her a question that answers badly, not at all polite. Ok maybe it was a bad day, but why pick on customers? Maybe it's because I'm tall and cute and she can't afford someone like me? or is she a lesbian and therefore has a rejection of men? It doesn't matter, the fact is that she is really unpleasant. The frames then ... if there are 80 it's too much. It looks more like a laboratory than an optical shop.

C	Carmine Guerriero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto cinque stelle, perché quel giorno a settimana che la signora fa festa capita sempre che viene sostituita da personale poco pratico,la volta scorsa trovai un giovanotto e la volta prima un signore,entrambi volevano vendermi un prodotto diverso da quello che utilizzo abitualmente,mentre ritornando, la signora sempre disponibile e di una gentilezza unica con una telefonata il giorno dopo ho trovato il tutto! Qualche volta mi è capitato che per esigenze lavorative la signora ha aperto anche un po prima per non farmi perdere il treno,se non ci fosse non sarei stato cliente fisso di Ottica di Mella. Le 4 stelle sono per la signora ?
