In a month I had to make glasses for the whole family, wife, daughters and grandchildren. I have saved at least 50% compared to other opticians. Regarding competence and kindness from 1 to 10, certainly 10. Thanks.

Dopo aver pagato in anticipo una montatura con lenti graduate da sole al ritiro ho evidenziato al venditore l'impossibilità di utilizzarle in quanto mi provocavano sbandamenti e nausea. Ho atteso circa 40 gg perché mi fossero sostituiti e dopo numerosi miei solleciti, al ritiro ho constatato che nulla era cambiato in quanto le lenti mi provocavano gli stessi identici problemi tanto da farmi ritenere che alcuna modifica fosse stata apportata. Dinanzi alle mie lamentele il venditore si è alterarato in modo inopportuno, mettendo in dubbio il mio disagio e riferendo che nulla poteva fare, rifiutandosi sia di risolvere il problema sia di restituire il corrispettivo economico ingiustamente percepito a fronte di un prodotto chiaramente difettoso e lavorato con imperizia. Assolutamente da sconsigliare, sia per il prodotto che per le modalità scortesi dell'addetto alle vendite, nonostante i prezzi contenuti!
Absolutely bad experience! After having paid in advance for a frame with prescription sun lenses upon collection, I highlighted to the seller the impossibility of using them as they caused me to drift and nausea. I waited about 40 days for them to be replaced and after numerous reminders of mine, upon withdrawal I found that nothing had changed as the lenses were causing me the exact same problems so much that I believe that no changes had been made. In the face of my complaints, the seller got upset in an inappropriate way, questioning my discomfort and reporting that nothing could be done, refusing both to solve the problem and to return the financial consideration unjustly received in the face of a product clearly defective and worked with inexperience. Absolutely not recommended, both for the product and for the rude ways of the salesperson, despite the low prices!

Great prices, kindness and quality! You don't have a "brand" frame but I can assure you that my glasses are still new while they are now 2 years old.
