Mi sono sentita dire che gli occhiali non li ho comprati lì ,da premettere che volevo pagare la riparazione . Ora capisco perché è sempre vuoto Rude and not very competent staff I turned to them after my glasses broke due to an accident inside the center. I was told that I didn't buy the glasses there, to say that I wanted to pay for the repair. Now I understand why it is always empty

Thank you, thank you, thank you I spent the afternoon, because of my son's broken glasses .... Immediate availability ,, not even 20 minutes, and my son has glasses again. Staff who make you feel better than at home, and the employee who served me, was exceptional. Excellent value for money too.

Ora invece la scelta è molto limitata, i prezzi sono elevati rispetto alla qualità delle montature offerte e vi sono tempi di attesa parecchio lunghi (si parla di settimane e non più di giorni) per le consegne. Mi spiace tanto, perché a mio avviso era l'ottica migliore cui potersi rivolgere per occhiali da vista e non. The service used to be excellent, as was the choice.
