Ho fatto 25 km per arrivare fino a qui. La disorganizzazione e la maleducazione non hanno limiti in questa attività. Complimenti vivissimi alla gestione I was unable to visit the vintage section on the lower floor so much praised by advertisements around the countries because the saleswoman was alone. I traveled 25km to get here. Disorganization and rudeness have no limits in this activity. Kudos to the management

Die sehr nette Optikerin kümmerte sich sofort um uns und reparierte die Brille umgehend. Das Beste: Die schnelle Reparatur war umsonst. Auch wollte sie keinerlei Trinkgeld für die Kaffeekasse nehmen. Mit der netten Angestellten entwickelte sich auch noch ein gutes kurzes Gespräch. Falls wir wiederkommen mussen würden wir immer wieder hier her kommen. Auch von Vorteil: Die junge Frau spricht sehr gut Deutsch! Fünf Sterne! <3 We are here in Ugento as tourists. The lens of one of our glasses has fallen out of place. The very nice optician took care of us immediately and repaired the glasses immediately. Best of all: the quick repair was free. Nor did she want to take any tips for the coffee till. A good short conversation also developed with the nice employee. If we have to come back we would always come back here. Another advantage: the young woman speaks German very well! Five stars! <3

Veramente un'ottima esperienza! Grazie. I needed to repair my eyeglasses and Mrs. Barbara was very kind and very fast in the repair, so she didn't want to be paid at all. A really great experience!
