★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In meno di un’ora sono riusciti a farmi un paio di occhiali da sole con le lenti da vista dopo che avevo smarrito i miei, consentendomi di partire per le vacanze senza disagi e senza applicare tariffe maggiorate per l’urgenza (anzi, con il solito sostanzioso sconto) e questo nella settimana di Ferragosto; nel frattempo, mi hanno sostituito senza oneri una montatura che avevo rotto accidentalmente. Direi che un servizio così merita la giusta visibilità. Staff gentilissimo e competente.
In less than an hour they managed to make me a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses after I had lost mine, allowing me to leave for the holidays without inconvenience and without applying increased rates for urgency (indeed, with the usually substantial discount) and this in the week of August 15th; in the meantime, they replaced a frame that I had accidentally broken without charge. I would say that such a service deserves the right visibility. Very kind and competent staff.
