Sono passato in negozio il 5/01/2022. Avevo acquistato un paio di sneakers in pelle qualche anno fa così ho deciso di ritornarci. Entrato in negozio dopo aver chiesto al commesso il prezzo di un paio di sneakers, al momento del pagamento mi viene detto che le scarpe che volevo acquistare erano aumentate di prezzo! Ovviamente ho rifiutato di pagare dato che i ragazzi che erano al lavoro sono stati estremamente scortesi in tutte le fasi dell'acquisto. Il ragazzo con gli occhiali alla cassa era di un' arroganza mai vista! Sembravano entrambi estremamente stressati e scortesi con chiunque entrasse in negozio, quasi come se noi clienti li stessimo infastidendo! Avendo vissuto molte realtà internazionali mi sembra veramente spiacevole dover assistere a queste scene nella città in cui sono nato e cresciuto! All' estero i commessi sarebbero stati licenziati su due piedi, customer care inesistente, siamo ancora anni luce indietro al mercato competitivo internazionale, che vergogna! In risposta al vostro commento aggiungo che innanzitutto non ho mai detto che le scarpe fossero le stesse di 4 anni fa, per di più non ho assolutamente preteso di pagare le scarpe al prezzo richiesto nè tantomeno ho alzato i toni, per soli 9 euro di spiccioli poi! La vostra risposta è allucinante davvero! Mi viene quasi da ridere, ma tralasciando ciò, io non faccio il commesso per vivere , ma se lo facessi e lavorassi lì probabilmente il proprietario incrementerebbe il fatturato dell'attività commerciale. Se una persona non è in grado di avere a che fare con i clienti non si occupa di front desk, al massimo le vengono affidate altre mansioni tipo magazziniere. Era una questione di prinicipio non aver acquisato le scarpe, avendo chiesto in anticipo il prezzo nonostante fosse indicato già in bella vista accanto a quel paio. Salvo poi scoprire che per un capriccio del commesso o per magia il prezzo fosse aumentato al momento del checkout! O forse solo per l'arroganza di qualcuno a cui evidentemente non piace fare il proprio mestiere o che avesse la luna storta per motivi personali
I went to the shop on 1/5/2022. I bought a pair of leather sneakers a few years ago so I decided to go back. I entered the shop after asking the clerk the price of a pair of sneakers, at the time of payment I was told that the shoes I wanted to buy had increased in price! Obviously I refused to pay as the guys who were at work were extremely rude at all stages of the purchase. The boy with glasses at the counter was of an 'arrogance never seen before! They both seemed extremely stressed and rude to anyone who walked into the shop, almost as if we customers were bothering them! Having experienced many international realities, it seems to me really unpleasant to have to witness these scenes in the city where I was born and raised! Abroad, the clerks would have been fired on the spot, customer care non-existent, we are still light years behind the competitive international market, what a shame! In response to your comment I add that first of all I never said that the shoes were the same as 4 years ago, moreover I absolutely did not pretend to pay the shoes at the requested price nor have I raised the tone, for only 9 euros of change. then! Your answer is truly mind-boggling! It almost makes me laugh, but aside from that, I am not a salesman for a living, but if I did and worked there, the owner would probably increase the turnover of the business. If a person is not able to deal with customers he does not take care of the front desk, at most he is entrusted with other tasks such as warehouse worker. It was a matter of principle not to have acquired the shoes, having asked for the price in advance even though it was already indicated in plain sight next to that pair. Unless it was discovered that by a whim of the shop assistant or by magic the price had increased at the time of checkout! Or maybe just because of the arrogance of someone who obviously doesn't like doing their job or who had a bad moon for personal reasons.

革の質や、製法はとても良く購入しました。 日本では同じクオリティのものだと、3万円前後ですが、私の購入したダブルモンクは8400円(ユーロ/139円)で、とてもコスパが良いです。イギリス靴のような頑丈な仕上げではありませんが、革のカッティングや縫製などイタリアの職人気質さが十分に感じられるもので、とても満足です。ありがとうございました。
I bought the quality of the leather and the manufacturing method very well. In Japan, the same quality is around 30,000 yen, but the double monk I bought is 8400 yen (euro / 139 yen), which is very cost effective. It's not as sturdy as British shoes, but I'm very happy with the Italian craftsmanship, such as leather cutting and sewing. Thank you very much.

Today afternoon the Sept the 18th, I was in the shop to buy 2 pairs of shoses. The 2 shop assistants were very unplaisant, seemed very much stressed for nothing. If there are borded with tourist they should remember they make living thanks to them. If they feel unhappy they could go and on an assembly line in a factory , they will make the difference ! In front of their attitude I give up buying anything.

Shoes are nice. But extremely poor after-sale service. It has become inherent in today's manufacturing process to produce a certain %age of defective products. And yes some of these defective products end up in the ultimate consumers' hands. And this has also become acceptable. However, the more successful corporations, at least in North America, will in their after sales service procedures, replace the defective product and apologize for any inconveniences to the customer. This achieves 2 objectives: (1. a happy customer who will return to purchase a product in the future and 2. Remove any bad taste from the customer's perspective towards the manufacturer and avoid that the unhappy customer writes a negative comment on social media. So. Purchased these shoes and as can be seen in the picture, they are new. Wore them once around the house and one shoe became unstiched. (Defective product in the ultimate consumer's hand ). It happens!. I sent email to manufacturer and got no response. (Maybe too busy or poor customer service or the email got lost ). Sent a 2nd email and got a response. ... **basically to expensive for them to ship another pair of shoes and I should consider getting them repaired ...it's only a minor amount. ** So I thought I ask them to pay for the cost of the repair stating that i had already purchased 7 pairs of shoes from them. *** Their response we will give you 10% off your next purchase.** (Excellent sales technique but very poor customer service). Update: I repaired the unsewn shoe for $10 CAD. The manufacturer could have avoided this negative comment for $10. Another pair of shoes that I bought from them has started to fade in color and applying shoe polish only makes the situation worse. Haven't worn the other shoes yet so don't know what the result will be. Conclusion : will never buy shoes from Otisopse again.
