I have known Antonio since he was at the gamestop of c.so Umberto I and he has always been very kind to find him in Chiaia it was a pleasant surprise, for years I have been a customer of the gamestop chain and I have never had any problems. Of course, the costs are a bit higher, but that's how physical retail is and I've always preferred it to online. Veronica is also number 1?

Only one tremendous experience with the staff of this Gamestop, dating back to some time ago. From their site I had seen an old Nintendo DS game that I had been looking for for a while, for a few euros, reported as "available" only in this store. I go there, show the page of the site that says it is available, and ask to be able to buy it. The only salesman present, a grumpy young man, will have noticed that the product was cheap: he tells me that it is old, that he does not know if it is there, that even if it is there it will stay in the warehouse and does not know where it is, and not you can go and look for it. I try to ask again, always with kindness, and he ignores me. He pretends not to have heard me and goes to devote himself to another client, because evidently he could get more money out of him than a "poor guy" who was looking for a new game. In short, don't go to this store if you don't want someone to snub you and pretend not to feel alone because you don't want to spend a hundred or two hundred euros like a chicken to be plucked. And as if that were not enough, it is a small and claustrophobic place with very few products. Plus, of course, the ones the employee doesn't want to spend two minutes looking for. If you have to go to a GS I recommend the one in Corso Umberto with kind salesmen, so maybe, in the meantime, they will close it or change the staff with qualified people.

Definitely the best Gamestop store in Naples Center. The staff is competent and always available to meet the needs and requests of customers.
