J	J4ck29 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità del cibo è eccezionale e anche la presentazione, chi critica la cucina meglio che torni a mangiare il Mc, le critiche possono essere fatte per l'eccessivo tempo tra un piatto e l altro, però la cucina fa dimenticare tutto. Lo consiglio se si vuole vivere un'esperienza culinaria anche perché lo chef esce e ti spiega il piatto e ti guida alle scelte successive. The quality of the food is exceptional and so is the presentation, those who criticize the kitchen better than they go back to eating Mc, criticisms can be made for the excessive time between one dish and another, but the kitchen makes you forget everything. I recommend it if you want to live a culinary experience also because the chef goes out and explains the dish to you and guides you to the next choices.

Se vi trovate ad Ascoli Piceno non potete non fare una tappa da Osti.Nati fish & wine i due gestori, marito e moglie, vi proporranno un menù che varia di giorno in giorno. Pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa, ricette tipiche ma rivisitate con creatività. Ingrediente segreto? Tanta passione e amore per il territorio. Abbiamo fatto 50 km ma ne è valsa davvero la pena. Nelle foto: Tagliatelle aromatizzate all'arancia con rana pescatrice e guanciale, torta alle verdurine di stagione e torta all'ananas con crema di mascarpone al cioccolato. If you are in Ascoli Piceno you cannot miss a stop at Osti.Nati fish & wine the two managers, husband and wife, will offer you a menu that varies from day to day. Strictly homemade pasta, typical recipes but revisited with creativity. Secret ingredient? A lot of passion and love for the territory. We did 50 km but it was really worth it. In the photos: Orange flavored tagliatelle with monkfish and bacon, seasonal vegetable cake and pineapple cake with chocolate mascarpone cream. Passerina wine 2017 - Tenuta Santorre (very good !!!)

Cuoca bravissima. Da provare. Spectacular prawns, delicious saffron and mint gnocchi, excellent grilled cuttlefish ... all excellent ... kind, friendly and funny staff. Very good cook. To try.

Il servizio è professionale, cordiale e veloce, direi perfetto. Cucina di pesce varia e di qualità eccellente con materie prime fresche, la cuoca prepara piatti in cui unisce con maestria, tradizione e tocchi di innovazione con risultato di prelibatezza meravigliosa. Posto irrinunciabile, consigliatissimo. Location with pleasant, well-spaced furnishings and tables. Tables also outdoors in a very central pedestrian alley. The service is professional, friendly and fast, I would say perfect. Varied fish cuisine of excellent quality with fresh raw materials, the cook prepares dishes in which she combines with skill, tradition and touches of innovation with the result of wonderful delicacy. Unmissable place, highly recommended.

M	Mirko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pietanze divine e curate, Complimenti allo Chef. in particolare i primi piatti , gnocchi artigianali con cozze ,menta e zafferano di cui si assaporavano distintamente tutti gli ingredienti, calamarata con gambero rosso idilliaca , e pasta cotta davvero al dente. Secondo piatto di polipo verace buono e consistente. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con del vino Pecorino ma la seconda volta il calice è stato riempito meno della prima. Per finire una pannacotta al.frutto della passione (preciso che una pannacotta così buona è la prima volta che mi capita) e una cheeskake. Prezzi direi onesti considerando la qualità del cibo , e la posizione vicino alla piazza . 70. Sicuramente da migliorare il servizio, i camerieri lo visti un pochino sbrigativi e non ci hanno chiesto neanche se gradivamo vino ... INDUBBIAMENTE un locale da consigliare Divine and well-finished dishes, Congratulations to the Chef. in particular the first courses, artisanal gnocchi with mussels, mint and saffron of which all the ingredients were tasted distinctly, calamarata with idyllic red shrimp, and pasta cooked really al dente. Second course of good and consistent true octopus. We accompanied everything with Pecorino wine but the second time the glass was less filled than the first. Finally a pannacotta with passion fruit (I specify that such a good pannacotta is the first time this happens to me) and a cheeskake. Prices I would say fair considering the quality of the food, and the location near the square. 70. Surely the service needs to be improved, the waiters saw it a little hasty and didn't even ask us if we liked wine ... UNDUBIOUS a place to recommend
