The Jerusalem artichoke risotto was slightly too salty and took away the delicacy of the dish which is still good! Owner with ways of being not really too welcoming

Mangiato benissimo....spettacolare l'assaggio offerto da loro che è una cosa che faceva mia nonna....buonissimo...piatti buonissimi soprattutto i primi. Impeccable service, very kind. Piatti molto buoni e di perfetta quantità. Consiglio cappelletti in brodo. Traditional cuisine of the area, with traditional dishes from Ferrara. Very hospitable, impeccable and fast service. Very good dishes and of perfect quantity. I recommend cappelletti in broth.

Tavolata ampia e articolata, le iniziali polentine con il ragù fritte erano buone, poi i primi non sono stati criticati da nessuno così come ottimi antipasti. Pinzini buoni ma non particolarmente interessanti. Nei secondi è andata molto peggio, un piatto di salama da sugo era pessimo così come i piatti di costicine di cinghiale cotte davvero troppo, di corsa e seccate completamente. Un filetto poi pieno di aglio, decisamente troppo speziato e nervoso anche se ben cotto. il vino della casa, un prosecco imbottigliato in loco e un vino rosso alla spina, discreto ma non eccezionale. i dolci consegnati in modo un poco confuso, diversi abbandonati sul tavolo e di nuovo esageratamente seccati. a chiudere un pasto non particolarmente buono, il conto... quasi 40 euro a testa e nessuno nella tavola aveva preso 2 piatti, ma solo un primo o un secondo, facendo così apparire il conto davvero esagerato. the evening was unfortunately studded with too many highs (but not that high) and bad moments. Wide and articulated table, the initial polentine with fried sauce were good, then the first ones were not criticized by anyone as well as excellent appetizers. Good but not particularly interesting pinzini. In the seconds it went much worse, a plate of salama da sugo was bad as were the plates of wild boar ribs that were really overcooked, rushed and completely dried. A fillet then full of garlic, definitely too spicy and nervous even if well cooked. the house wine, a prosecco bottled on site and a red wine on tap, discreet but not exceptional. the sweets delivered in a slightly confused way, several abandoned on the table and again exaggeratedly dried. to close a not particularly good meal, the bill ... almost 40 euros each and no one at the table had taken 2 dishes, but only a first or second course, thus making the bill appear really exaggerated.

I cappelletti in brodo mi hanno commosso data la loro bontà. Dolci buonissimi. Ci tornerò sicuramente. I had lunch today in this tavern. The staff are very kind. I ate the breaded and fried egg yolk: wonderful. The cappelletti in broth moved me due to their goodness. Delicious desserts. I will definitely be back.

I recommend liver with onion and polenta as well as pinzini with ham, salami, mortadella and bacon. Possible to choose red (merlot) and white (pignoletto) House wine. The espresso isn't tasty.
