Il passato. Ovvero la rinuncia al futuro. Quando pensi che la pasta al dente è una caratteristica italiana ... scegli un ristorante diverso .....sono tornato portando una mia amica che ha festeggiato i suoi meravigliosi 40 anni. Avevamo concordato un menù fisso. Gli antipasti misti non erano misti ed il maialino da latte arrosto divenne uno stinco senza osso. La ringrazio per la bellissima nottata. Dopo avere portato 40 persone non mi ha neppure detto grazie ma mi ha fatto pagare .......
The past. Or renunciation of the future. When you think that al dente pasta is an Italian characteristic ... choose a different restaurant ..... I came back bringing a friend of mine who celebrated her wonderful 40 years. We had agreed on a set menu. The mixed starters were not mixed and the roast suckling pig became a bone-free shin. Thank you for the beautiful night. After bringing 40 people he didn't even say thank you but he made me pay .......

Era un posto dove trovavi il piatto ricercato, con l'abbinamento particolare e una gran mano in cucina. Oggi è uno dei tanti posti dove mangiare senza infamia e senza lode. Non hanno un menu da leggere e non controllano il green pass. A me non ha soddisfatto e non tornerò. Peccato
It was a place where you found the sought-after dish, with a particular combination and a great hand in the kitchen. Today it is one of the many places to eat without infamy and without praise. They don't have a menu to read and they don't check the green pass. I was not satisfied and I will not return. Pity

Personale cordiale e prezzi proporzionati alla eccellente qualità del cibo. Considerata l'affluenza tipica del sabato sera, il tempo di attesa è stato accettabilissimo. Dolci spettacolari soprattutto Tenerina a cioccolato con mascarpone! Da provare! Tornerei assolutamente.
Friendly staff and prices commensurate with the excellent quality of the food. Given the typical turnout on Saturday evening, the waiting time was very acceptable. Spectacular desserts especially Tenerina in chocolate with mascarpone! To try! I would absolutely go back.

We called late on a Sunday evening when everywhere else was closed, the owner was so accommodating to us, and made us feel very welcome. The owner described each option for antipasti, primi and secondi, obviously based on what was fresh and in season. The food was superb, and although we are not wine drinkers, they had a huge variety of wine available. Would definitely visit again.

Great place: let the owner of the restaurant guide you in this new culinary experience. Everything was very good, well presented and quick... at the right price. Ask for suggestions about surroundings.. you will not regret to be there. Well done. S

You need to go here. We have been in Italy for a month on vacation. Have had many meals off lists of the best local places, but this was our best meal in Italy. Happened to come across Novencento by luck after a few others were closed. We called to make sure they were open. They said yes but we were the only ones and we are sure they opened up just for us. Every dish was to die for. The tortelloni was filled with a Parmesan sauce that was absolutely amazing. The lasagna had cheese that was oozing out of the many layers of pasta and meat. We even had a local beer that was a very good hazy IPA (which is hard to find in Italy). Four plates of pasta, four drinks, one dessert for 80 euro and it was so good we were ready for it to cost much more. We also learned from the owner that the building was a palace in 1500 and a water power plant in the past. It was a wonderful and delicious meal!
