Tra abbordabili saliscendi, si giunge facilmente a Marano sul Panaro, l’ultimo Comune della pianura ed il primo della montagna, definito, appunto, “la porta dell’Appennino”. Un caffè in Piazza Matteotti è d’obbligo. La fontana ("La Grama") offre ristoro mentre il grande albero al centro della piazza simboleggia il forte legame fra ambiente naturale e ambiente antropizzato. Buona vita a tutti!
I suggest to reach the country by bike. Between affordable ups and downs, you can easily reach Marano sul Panaro, the last municipality of the plain and the first of the mountain, defined, in fact, "the door of the Apennines". A coffee in Piazza Matteotti is a must. The fountain ("La Grama") offers refreshment while the large tree in the center of the square symbolizes the strong link between the natural and man-made environments. Good life to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei segnalare che per una persona disabile è pressoché impossibile fare visita ai suoi defunti con una carrozzina e si parla poi di barriere architettoniche!!!!!
I would like to point out that for a disabled person it is almost impossible to visit his deceased with a wheelchair and then we talk about architectural barriers !!!!!
