★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio nel Marche cerchiamo un ristorante tipico del luogo. Locale spartano e senza troppi fronzoli. Speriamo in uno di quei posti sicuramente alla buona dove però si mangia bene e si assaggia qualcosa di tipico. Non è certamente questo il posto. Nonostante i pochi commensali i tempi di attesa sono eterni. Cominciamo con l'antipasto "Il completo Osteria" che prevede per 15 euro un assaggio di formaggi, salumi, crostini, verdurine in pastella e scamorza alla piastra con speck. Tutto molto buono (i formaggi sono ottimi) peccato che per avere un semplice antipasto di banalissimo impiattamento e basta occorrano 45 min. Olive all'ascolana congelate e reperibili nei comuni supermercati. Altri piatti tipici marchigiani sono tutti terminati. Optiamo per tagliata di Angus (durissima e piena di tendini), hamburger (molti asciutto e da supermercato) ed una pizza (l'impasto molto buono, ma il condimento povero ed asciutto). Per la cena completa occorrono circa 2h30min. Personale di sala improvvisato e tutto rumeno. Si balla musica latina nel dopocena all'aperto che sembra essere l'unica attrattiva del luogo. Il prezzo almeno mi sembra onesto in rapporto alla modesta qualità. Per il resto direi che è da evitare.
 Passing through the Marche we look for a typical restaurant of the place. Spartan local and without too many frills. We hope for one of those places to definitely good but where you eat well and you taste something typical. This is certainly not the place. Despite the few diners waiting times are eternal. Let's start with the appetizer "The complete Tavern" that provides for 15 euro a taste of cheese, croutons, vegetables in batter and smoked cheese grilled with bacon. All very good (cheese are excellent) too bad for a simple appetizer of banal impiattamento are needed just 45 min. Frozen olives all'ascolana and available in common supermarkets. Other typical Marche dishes are all finished. We opt for cut of Angus (tough and full of tendons), burgers (many dry and supermarket) and a pizza (very good batter, but the poor, dry dressing). For the complete dinner it takes about 2h30min. Personal makeshift room and the whole Romanian. We dance Latin music after dinner in the open air that seems to be the only attraction of the place. The price at least seems to me honest in relation to the modest quality. For the rest I would say that it is to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale semplice sembra quasi un osteria da camionista,a occhio non mi ha ispirato fiducia devo essere sincero,panorama da zona industriale, per fortuna si sono fatti apprezzare in cucina ,ho mangiato bene,ottimi primi,buoni anche i secondi, perlomeno quelli presi e i prezzi veramente onesti..
Simple place almost looks like a truck driver's tavern, to the eye it did not inspire confidence I have to be honest, panorama from an industrial area, luckily they made themselves appreciated in the kitchen, I ate well, excellent first courses, also good second courses, at least those taken and really honest prices ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva di domenica a pranzo, posto molto carino sia all'interno che all'esterno, cibo ottimo: squisiti gli strozzapreti radicchio e speck, molto buoni gli gnocchi di papera. Gustosi i secondi, consiglio il maiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, da provare gli altri piatti!!
Very positive experience on Sunday for lunch, very nice place both inside and outside, excellent food: exquisite strozzapreti radicchio and speck, very good duck gnocchi. Tasty main courses, I recommend the pork. Excellent value for money, to try the other dishes !!
