Locale davvero ottimo, dal cibo al personale, passando per la pulizia degli ambienti.
Ci sono stato l'8.12 e nonostante l'affluenza, non si è percepita la confusione tipica di queste occasioni.
Le portate arrivavano con tempi cadenzati ed erano di rara bontà! Cucina tradizionale e ben presentata, di altissima qualità. Piacevolmente stupito dai camerieri, il cui modo di fare può fare scuola a ristoranti ben più blasonati. Erano il perfetto compromesso tra gentilezza e confidenza e sempre nel rispetto delle misure di sicurezza.
I prezzi sono ragionevolissimi, anzi direi anche bassi rispetto alla quantità ed alla varietà di portate.
Ci tornerei sicuramente

Really great place, from food to staff, through the cleanliness of the rooms.
I was there on 8.12 and despite the turnout, the typical confusion of these occasions was not perceived.
The courses arrived at regular intervals and were of rare goodness! Traditional and well presented cuisine of the highest quality. Pleasantly surprised by the waiters, whose way of doing things can lead to much better restaurants. They were the perfect compromise between kindness and confidence and always in compliance with safety measures.
The prices are very reasonable, I would even say low compared to the quantity and variety of courses.
I would definitely stay there again

In Minervino Murge it is undoubtedly a place to rest after a good and satisfying visit to the town. You won't easily forget these traditional flavors :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tradizione non si smentisce mai. Ottimo cibo e altrettanta ospitalità. Sono diverse volte che ci ritorno, ma è come se fosse sempre la prima volta. Piatti squisiti e variegati. Tanti assaggini di antipasti freddi e caldi, e vasta scelta di Primi e Secondi. Uno più buono dell'altro. Ve lo consiglio VIVAMENTE!!!!
Tradition never contradicts itself. Great food and just as much hospitality. I have been back several times, but it is as if it were always the first time. Exquisite and varied dishes. Many tastings of cold and hot appetizers, and a wide choice of first and second courses. One better than the other. HIGHLY recommend it !!!!

Had dinner on Saturday evening, excellent raw materials, punctuality of service, delicious panzerottino, ricotta, mushrooms, traditional sweets and what about rosolio? Courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Everything perfect, even the bill. We will be back!
