Sentire la proprietaria che si rivolge alla figlia con parole tipo 'tesoro', a prescindere dalla concitazione del momento, è motivo di serenità. Quando la proprietà, dopo aver ordinato del mallone come antipasto ed un primo, candele al ragù di capra, ti consiglia di fermarti e nel caso di considerare in seguito eventuale secondo, è sintomo di genuinità. E così fu! Porzioni abbondantemente giuste, sapori chiaramente forti, piatti della tradizione locale tramandati e cucinati da generazioni. Norme covid rispettate con scrupolo. Prezzo onestissimo. Ottimo cibo tutto effettivamente a km zero, vino e cantina da far invidia... professionalità e cortesia degli osti impeccabile. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro per quanto sopra ma anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Last night with friends we went to a Vera Osteria: La Pignata. La padrona di casa accoglie la clientela con una familiarità disarmante. Ma le cose che si ricordano di più, oltre alla bontà del cibo mangiato, sono la passione e l'amore che la stessa padrona di casa mette in campo per valorizzare il frutto della sua terrà.
