D	Difesa Consumatori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto profondamente deluso, rispetto alle recensioni lasciate dai clienti. Seppur la qualità della materia usata è buona, mi è sembrato che molte portate fossero cotte singolarmente e poi gli intingoli aggiunti sopra alla fine. Inoltre, le quantità delle portate, in molti casi erano squilibrate, per esempio allo stesso tavolo veniva servito un piatto con due pezzi di guancette di manzo e ad un altro commensale un pezzo (la metà rispetto l'altro), ovviamente ciò è poco professionale. Infine, poiché era un pranzo in gruppo di più di dieci persone, erano stati concordati vini come Timorasso Doc e Barbera superiore Doc, a tavola ci sono stati serviti invece Trebbiano e Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Doc 2020 e 2019, che hanno un costo addirittura di meno della metà di quelli concordati e il Moscato Piemonte Doc previsto col dolce, non è stato servito, ma il conto, rispetto tali defezioni, non è stato per niente ridotto, rispetto quanto pattuito. Molto carina l'idea del piattino di benvenuto, piccolo assaggio di vitello tonnato, molto buono. Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono di ottima qualità. Il pizzocchero è fatto a mano, lo si vede dalla pasta un po'più spessa di quella dei prodotti industriali, davvero buoni Ottimi anche i funghi con la polenta taragna.
