Ma poi oltre al cibo c'è professionalità e cordialità che non trovi pressoché da nessuna parte ormai. Consigliatissimo! Fillet of Piedmontese Fassina with porcini mushrooms (recommended back cooking). A show! But then in addition to food there is professionalism and friendliness that you can't find almost anywhere now. Highly recommended!

Il locale all'interno non è spazioso, probabilmente con i tavoli all'aperto (noi siamo andati in pieno dicembre) sicuramente si avrà un'altra impressione. Abbiamo preso due antipasti e due primi. Gli antipasti buoni ma non mi hanno fatto sobbalzare (il porcino ha rilasciato l'acqua nel piatto rovinando anche visivamente la crema che lo accompagnava) due primi: risotti con il tartufo bianco eccellenti. Buoni i dolci. Il pane per accompagnamento non all'altezza. Tre stelle e non quattro perché se ci si pone con l'asticella in alto, i dettagli vanno curati. Il confronto qualità - prezzo non corretto. Cozy place and the "landlady" very kind. The place inside is not spacious, probably with outdoor tables (we went in the middle of December) surely you will have another impression. We took two starters and two first courses. The starters were good but they didn't make me jump (the porcini released the water in the dish, also visually ruining the cream that accompanied it) two first courses: risotto with excellent white truffles. Good desserts. The bread for accompaniment is not up to par. Three stars and not four because if you place yourself with the bar high, the details must be taken care of. The quality - price comparison is incorrect.

Non saprei cosa è il miglior piatto perché eravamo tutti entusiasti. Il personale gentilissimo e ben preparato. Complimenti al cuoco. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Excellent restaurant. Tutto buonissimo e di alta qualità, sia il pesce, che la carne, che i primi (gli gnocchi alla patata viola e crema allo zenzero sono una cosa spettacolare!) Davvero i complimenti allo staff e alla cucina! Continuerò a tornarci, perché mi sento un po’ a casa.❤️ One of my favorite places. We have been there more than once, and the experience has always been as enchanting as the food. All very good and of high quality, both the fish, the meat, and the first courses (the gnocchi with purple potato and ginger cream are a spectacular thing!)
