The Osteria della Vecchia Miniera is not simply a place where you eat and drink at the highest levels, but also a place where you can breathe the owners' passion and love for cooking. I primi sono delicati e raffinati, mentre i secondi come una tagliata è stata rivisitata, gradevole... mentre x i dolci classici ma fatti in casa. Il conto non ancora....ma x noi è ok. Pleasant place, the tables are in front of windows where you can admire a beautiful panorama. The first ones are delicate and refined, while the second ones like a tagliata has been revisited, pleasant ... while x the classic but homemade desserts. The bill not yet .... but for us it's ok.

Location carina con vista molto bella e grande cortesia e professionalità del proprietario. Purtroppo però ci sono state molte pecche, un piatto del menù non era disponibile (ma il proprietario è intervenuto con molta attenzione), ma soprattutto porzioni dei secondi decisamente troppo scarse per il prezzo pagato (chianina senza un minimo di contorno, grassa e finita letteralmente in due bocconi, 18€), stesso per il controfiletto preso da me, buono ma scarso e senza contorno, pagato a parte (una patata tagliata a pezzi, 5€). Antipasti e primi buoni a detta dei nostri amici, mi sono pentita di aver preso la carne. E purtroppo anche i dolci molto deludenti, presentati male senza un minimo di guarnizione e poco buoni di qualità. Tra le rare volte che sono uscita da un ristorante delusa e affamata, e innervosita per il conto troppo alto, noi che stiamo sempre attenti a spendere (in coppia circa 50€ per due secondi e un dolce, senza vino). Spero possano migliorare perché il potenziale è tanto. ! Attention from what I understand it has recently changed management, better check the most recent reviews. We had dinner with friends. Nice location with a very nice view and great courtesy and professionalism of the owner. Unfortunately, however, there were many flaws, a dish on the menu was not available (but the owner intervened very carefully), but above all portions of the second courses that were definitely too scarce for the price paid (Chianina without a minimum of side dish, greasy and literally finished in two bites, € 18), same for the sirloin I got, good but scarce and without a side dish, paid separately (a potato cut into pieces, € 5). Good appetizers and first courses according to our friends, I regretted having taken the meat. And unfortunately also the very disappointing desserts, poorly presented without a minimum of garnish and not very good in quality. Among the rare times that I have left a restaurant disappointed and hungry, and unnerved by the too high bill, we are always careful to spend (as a couple about € 50 for two seconds and a dessert, without wine). I hope they can improve because there is a lot of potential.

J	Jürgen Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had as a starter the Chianina Beef Tartar and as Primo Piatto the Risotto Carnaroli (with beetroots!) unexpected but really exceptional! Main dishes were Filetto di Chianina and Scottiglia di Cingiale…. also both very nice. These dishes had been accompanied with a great wine recommendation, superior service! Guys, go on like that… this for sure has not been our last visit, La Vecchia Miniera is highly recommended!
