Dalla produzione al consumatore/cliente finale tutto fatto in modo egregio! Bravi ! Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ottimi con un pane squisito fatto il giorno stesso! Una fiorentina che si scioglie in bocca!! Una crostata casereccia che pagherei per riuscire a farla anche io!!!! Il tutto incorniciato dai campi maremmani, dai loro odori e colori!! Bellissimo!! What a sight this place !!! Spartan service: attentive and friendly !! Natural water and wine from the area that goes down which is a marvel !! Platter of excellent cold cuts and cheeses with an exquisite bread made the same day! A Florentine that melts in your mouth !! A homemade tart that I would pay to be able to make it too !!!! All framed by the Maremma fields, by their smells and colors !! Very beautifull!!

Personale carino e accogliente unica nota negativa abbiamo aspettato un oretta prima di mangiare la carne ma l'attesa ne è valsa la pena... Consigliatissimo anche per chi ha i cani e non li vuole lasciare a casa..la mia cagnolina si è dovertita un mondo l'ho potuta lasciare anche libera!!!!!..prezzo onestissimo un antipasto due secondi con un contorno acqua vino limoncello e tortina 42 euro...che dire andateci rimarrete entusiasti! Non esiste menù, si va dagli antipasti misti del posto, direttamente alle carni, a scelta fra arrosto misto, tagliata, hamburger, bistecca, arrosto di maiale, stinco. Per terminare il dolce fatto in casa. Acqua in caraffa, vino rosso ed al termine limoncello o grappa completano il quadro. E quando andate a pagare vi chiedete se non abbiano sbagliato a fare il conto. If you like carvery, this is the place for you. Qui infatti si può cenare con dell ottima carne cucinata a regola d'arte accolti e serviti da personale gentile e comunque collacato in un posto dove puoi riassaporare la tranquillità e la bellezza della terra! To be honest I was disappointed ..... yes of the fact of not having discovered this fantastic place first and therefore of having to wait until next spring to be able to return!
