 Home cooking, of excellent quality ... In Tirli you can eat well everywhere, and the Cacciatore does not disappoint on the contrary ... AMAZING wild boar carpaccio !, Tagliatelle with white wild boar sauce ... AMAZING! Scream homemade desserts!

Cenato in piazzetta con tanto di colonna sonora fornita dai locali ?Concordo con la maggior parte delle recensioni qui sotto: il tempo qui sembra essersi fermato ad almeno 2 decenni fa e questo mantiene tutto lo splendore rustico di Tirli; il calore delle persone e il servizio del locale sono tra quelle cose piΓΉ uniche che rare; le pietanze uno spettacolo prima per l'olfatto (si sentono i profumi precedere il cameriere con le portate), poi per la vista e infine piacere massimo per il palato. Rapporto qualitΓ /prezzo buono, in linea con gli altri locali del posto. In 2 abbiamo preso: antipasto di crostini + pici al ragΓΉ di cinghiale (vedi sotto) + gnocchi di castagne con verze e salsiccia (vedi sotto) + rotoli alla cacciatora (vedi sotto) + cinghiale alle mele (vedi sotto) + patate fritte + morellino + acqua + dolce + 2 coperti = poco meno di 80β¬

Local recommended by a friend (thanks Beatrice!), Fabulous. Had dinner in the square complete with a soundtrack provided by the locals ? I agree with most of the reviews below: time here seems to have stopped at least 2 decades ago and this maintains all the rustic splendor of Tirli; the warmth of the people and the service of the place are among those things that are more unique than rare; the dishes a show first for the sense of smell (you can feel the aromas precede the waiter with the dishes), then for the sight and finally maximum pleasure for the palate. Good quality / price ratio, in line with other local restaurants. In 2 we had: crostini appetizer + pici with wild boar ragout (see below) + chestnut gnocchi with cabbage and sausage (see below) + cacciatore rolls (see below) + wild boar with apples (see below) + fried potatoes + morellino + water + fresh water + 2 seats = just under 80 β¬

β β β β β Il cuore della cucina maremmana Γ¨ quassΓΉ, nell'antico borgo di Tirli, dove restano vive le tradizioni delle ricette antiche ovviamente con riferimento alla caccia, cinghiale e capriolo innanzitutto. Ambiente familiare e personale schietto rendono l'ambiente del ristorante, in pieno centro, particolarmente ospitale.
The heart of Maremma cuisine is up here, in the ancient village of Tirli, where the traditions of ancient recipes remain alive obviously with reference to hunting, first of all wild boar and roe. Family atmosphere and straightforward staff make the restaurant environment, in the center, particularly hospitable.
