★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cameriera è una povera martire, ho atteso più di un ora per avere il primo, c'erano solo 8 tavoli oltre al nostro, e almeno il 50% era già stato servito , ho dovuto attendere più di un ora , per di più avevano solo il servizio esterno! Stasera è stata una serata ventilata! Quindi tra il freddo e la fame abbiamo atteso tanto tempo per essere serviti!!
 The waitress is a poor martyr, I waited over an hour for the first one, there were only 8 tables besides ours, and at least 50% had already been served, I had to wait more than an hour, plus they had only the external service! Tonight was a breezy evening! So between the cold and hunger we waited a long time to be served !!

Pane servito sfortunatamente duro e difficile da masticare.
Tempi di attesa davvvvvero lunghi.
Cameriera che vagava tra i tavoli con sguardo cupo.
Proprietario amichevole ma allo stesso tempo molto nervoso a cause dell'afflusso di clienti e la sua incapacità di stare dietro a tutti.
Eravamo 7 persone e 6 di noi avevano preso solo il primo, una persona solo un secondo.
Logicamente ci saremmo aspettati i 6 primi e il secondo allo stesso tempo.
Non è successo.
Prima i 6 primi e poi una persona ha dovuto mangiare da sola il secondo mentre gli altri aspettavano. Abbiamo cercato di segnalare la cosa al proprietario ma ha detto che solitamente fa così. Che cercherà di mandarlo fuori prima... Non è successo.
Per i caffè abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti.
Peccato! Questo posto ha davvero un ottimo potenziale e si vede la qualità e la passione che viene impiegata ma si perde in alcune cose banali ma anche fondamentali. Spero di poterci tornare e vedere un miglioramento. :)

Friendly owner but at the same time very nervous due to the influx of customers and his inability to keep up with everyone.
We were 7 people and 6 of us had only taken the first one, one person only a second.
Logically we would have expected the first 6 and the second at the same time.
It didn't happen.
First the first 6 and then one person had to eat the second one by himself while the others waited. We tried to report this to the owner but he said he usually does. Who will try to get him out first ... It didn't happen.
For the coffees we had to wait 20 minutes.
Sin! This place really has great potential and you can see the quality and passion that is employed but it gets lost in some trivial but also fundamental things. I hope I can go back and see an improvement. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo locale nel centro storico. Buone la proposte che poi hanno deluso le aspettative. Cavatelli al sugo di razza in cui c'era troppo pomodoro senza avere preso alcuna precauzione contro la sua acidità. A parte questa piccola defaillance, il problema è il rapporto squilibrato qualità-prezzo.
Small restaurant in the historic center. The proposals that then disappointed expectations were good. Cavatelli with purebred sauce in which there was too much tomato without having taken any precaution against its acidity. Apart from this small defaillance, the problem is the unbalanced quality-price ratio.

Really a pleasant surprise, intimate and welcoming place, friendly staff and perfect value for money. Simple dishes and flavors but carefully cooked and prepared, fish as it should be, without frills. The only big absent, garlic, finally!

Unico neo... per i miei gusti porzioni troppo piccole ma riconosco che ormai è una tendenza di molti ristoranti bella presentazione ma quantità illimitata.
Small family-run tavern. You can feel the passion put into the kitchen.
The only drawback ... for my taste portions too small but I recognize that it is now a trend of many restaurants beautiful presentation but unlimited quantity.

The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, the owner very kind and helpful. Good dishes, well served and abundant, fresh fish. It is also possible to eat outside. Big minus is the service which is very very slow and little attention to detail. Let's say 3 and a half stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Situato in una piazzetta al centro di San Salvo, offre un menu basato sulle disponibilità del momento, ma sempre molto soddisfacente. Servizio efficiente e gentile. Ho apprezzato molto anche il dolce semplicemente raffinato.
Fresh fish cooked with imagination accompanied by local vegetables. Located in a small square in the center of San Salvo, it offers a menu based on the availability of the moment, but always very satisfying. Efficient and kind service. I also enjoyed the simply refined dessert.
