★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte le peripezie per una semplice voltura (ho dovuto chiamare e scrivere svariate volte), le bollette sono molto salate. Un mini appartamento di 40 mq disabitato (solo la presa di un frigo classe A+ e il router sono attaccate, ma nessuno ci abita) 64 euro. Il prezzo al kwh è più alto rispetto alle tante offerte, ragion per cui sono passata ad altro operatore, che ha completato la voltura senza che nemmeno me ne accorgessi e soprattutto ha tariffe molto vantaggiose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso!!!! oggi ho ricevuto una chiamata da un presunto avvocato, che dice che c'era il mancato pagamento di una bolletta di € 20,00. da 6 mesi, mi ha fornito un iban intestato ha una società con sede a Roma bla bal... ma voi una mail dove comunicate che c'è un insoluto è troppo chiederla??? poi ho chiamato diverse volte.... anche per capire se la chiamata ricevuta era una truffa è se esisteva questa bolletta.... penso che dovreste cambiare l'approccio con i vostri clienti.... questo giudizio mi sento di scriverlo in negativo anche con la speranza di migliorare i vostri approcci

Da area personale non si può modificare niente, nemmeno il metodo di pagamento, devi per forza mandare moduli via mail incrociando le dita per una risposta. Se chiami il numero verde per qualsiasi esigenza ti rispondono sempre che sul momento loro non ti possono aiutare e che ti devono per forza ricontattare telefonicamente loro. Non sono sicura di tenerlo, perché è molto scomodo da gestire
