Iniziando dal luogo, situato nella pace della campagna verdeggiante. L osteria si presenta al visitatore arredata in modo semplice e con quel gusto un po' retrò che ricorda tanto il salone, quello buono e grande, della nonna nel quale la famiglia si raccoglie nei giorni di festa. Ed è proprio così che ci si sente, a casa, accolti col sorriso e con quel calore domestico riscontrabile sia nel personale che nel titolare. La cena è stata al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Ad ogni morso seguiva un viaggio emozionale nelle terre romagnole, in quei luoghi, tra le persone che ogni giorno allevano e curano le materie prime con amore e dedizione. Lo stesso amore, la stessa cura e attenzione che il titolare riserva alla sua terra, ai suoi prodotti e al capitale umano. La cena è stato un racconto attraverso i sapori e gli odori della tradizione giustapposta all' innovazione dettata dai tempi, ma senza mai snaturare il piatto classico anzi esaltandolo. A conclusione di cena è stato offerto il caffè in moka con ciambella e liquori fatti in casa, proprio come un tempo, dalle nostre nonne. L osteria dei binari è una dichiarazione d Amore verso la sua terra, la gente e il loro sapiente e duro lavoro. I met the Osteria dei binari by pure chance, thanks to a competition held in the area. Never was a chance encounter more exciting! Starting from the place, located in the peace of the verdant countryside. The tavern is presented to the visitor simply furnished and with that slightly retro taste that is very reminiscent of the grandmother's salon, the good and large one, in which the family gathers on holidays. And that's exactly how you feel, at home, welcomed with a smile and with that domestic warmth that can be found both in the staff and in the owner. The dinner was above my expectations. Each bite was followed by an emotional journey in the Romagna lands, in those places, among the people who every day raise and take care of the raw materials with love and dedication. The same love, the same care and attention that the owner reserves for his land, its products and human capital. Dinner was a story through the flavors and smells of tradition juxtaposed with the innovation dictated by the times, but without ever distorting the classic dish or rather exalting it. At the end of dinner, coffee in mocha with donut and homemade liqueurs was offered, just like in the past, by our grandmothers. L osteria dei binari is a declaration of love for his land, the people and their wise and hard work.
