★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale nuovo. I ragazzi giovani ci mettono molto impegno, ma il risultato non è del tutto positivo. Servizio lento, materie prime buone ma cucinate in modo perfettibile. Per un'osteria non particolarmente economico. Tre stelle di incoraggiamento
New premises. Young boys put a lot of effort into it, but the result is not entirely positive. Slow service, good raw materials but perfectly cooked. For a not particularly cheap tavern. Three stars of encouragement

Location ben curata con lo spazio esterno molto accogliente e rustico.. Che dire? Provare per credere.. Grazie LEO..anzi.. grazie Sfasciò!! Alla prossima?
From sfascione with fury !! As usual we found some excellent local cold cuts and super cheeses .. Top quality WINE, well-aged, tender and tasty meat !! Well-kept location with a very welcoming and rustic outdoor space .. What can I say? Seeing is believing .. Thanks LEO .. indeed .. thanks Sfasincia !! Until next time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati tardi (2230) e stanchi il ragazzo del ristorante non ci ha negato la sua cucina e ci ha trattato da amici. Tagliere di affettati spettacolare con schiacciatina calda, incredibile, e poi spaghetto alla carbonara espresso, uova fresche e guanciale tagliato a mano. 6 persone rimaste sbalordire dalla bontà del piatto servito già condito di tutto punto. Da provare!!!
Arrived late (2230) and tired the restaurant guy didn't deny us his cooking and treated us like friends. Spectacular platter of cold cuts with hot, incredible flatbread, and then espresso carbonara spaghetti, fresh eggs and hand-cut bacon. 6 people were amazed by the goodness of the dish served already seasoned to the full. To try!!!

L'eccellente prelibatezza delle pietanze e i primi piatti che lasciano il ricordo già all'indomani appena andati via .....sono la punta di diamante della cucina...non da meno pero' e' La Braceria... che lascia tutti a bocca aperta...e ti porta a mangiare per gusto!,!
merita la passeggiata. Lo suggerisco vivamente ...è a pochi chilometri da Terni e a mezz'ora di auto da Perugia eccellente per gruppi ma anche per coppie.
Hospitality and good food are here at home! The excellent delicacy of the dishes and the first courses that leave the memory already in the aftermath just left ... are the spearhead of the kitchen ... not least, however, is La Braceria ... that leaves everyone with his mouth open ... and he brings you to eat for taste!,!
well worth the walk. I strongly recommend it ... it is a few kilometers from Terni and half an hour's drive from Perugia excellent for groups but also for couples.
