★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the home and cooking classroom of Chef Lorena Autuori in 2014 with a group of students. I believe she still offers cooking instruction or demonstrations at here home here under the name Per Corsi Con Gusto. Il Giardino is a wine garden she has opened serving light food in her beautiful back yard located above the parking lot overlooking the valley down to Terni. She is wonderful chef and kind person. If you check out Per Corsi Con Gusto on Facebook you can see photos of Il Giardino and find out how to get in touch with her. If you are in San Gemini, this would likely be a great find just off the main street but hidden around a corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this little family driven restaurant. Friendly and welcoming staff, and a genuine interest in their customers. The food quality I clearly a high priority since they put the focus on local raw materials, make their own tomato based sauce on fresh tomatoes and make their own bread. Thank you!
