La signora Daniela e Tommaso sono dei padroni di casa eccezionali, attenti ad ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per le famiglie. Excellent cuisine, generous portions. Clean rooms, very kind staff. Mrs. Daniela and Tommaso are exceptional hosts, attentive to every need. I highly recommend it especially for families.

Posizione strategica per visitare Umbria ed Alto Lazio, adatta a vacanze culturali e naturalistiche. Daniela a Tommaso sanno accoglierti con professionalità facendoti sentire a casa... Ogni sera ci deliziavano con ottimi piatti tipici ed “abbondanti”... attenzione non si riesce a resistere al bis!!! Abbiamo trascorso due settimane splendide visitando di giorno luoghi meravigliosi e facendo un bel bagno nella bella piscina prima di cena! Consigliatissimo! Back from vacation thinking he had found a second home in central Italy! Strategic position for visiting Umbria and Upper Lazio, suitable for cultural and naturalistic holidays. Daniela and Tommaso know how to welcome you with professionalism, making you feel at home ... Every evening they delighted us with excellent typical and “abundant” dishes ... attention, you can't resist the encore !!! We spent two wonderful weeks visiting wonderful places during the day and taking a dip in the beautiful swimming pool before dinner! Highly recommended!

Consigli di passare qualche giorno qui per riposare corpo e spirito, godere dei luoghi vicini dell'Umbria e assaggiare tutti i piatti che Tommaso cucina. Un grazie speciale alla sua mamma fonte di racconti e di buonissimi dolci e liquori. We spent a wonderful week in this place of peace, culture and good food. You recommend spending a few days here to rest body and spirit, enjoy the nearby places of Umbria and taste all the dishes that Tommaso cooks. A special thanks to his mother, source of stories and delicious sweets and liqueurs.

Siamo stati coccolati dalla signora Daniela e Tommaso ci ha deliziati con i suoi piatti tipici. Le nostre bimbe piccole hanno giocato con i gattini e soprattutto con il tappeto elastico che hanno in giardino. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini. Very nice and quiet farmhouse. Well maintained swimming pool. Depandance equipped with kitchen, fridge and dishes. We were pampered by Mrs. Daniela and Tommaso delighted us with his typical dishes. Our little girls played with the kittens and above all with the trampoline they have in the garden. Recommended for families with children.

I proprietari Tommaso e Daniela sono persone piacevoli e disponibili. La struttura è ben tenuta ed immersa nel verde, a pochi km dal centro di San Gemini (molto carino). La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le tante località bellissime da visitare (tra l'altro Tommaso è sempre disponibile a consigliare nuovi posti da visitare). E' presente la piscina e la sera la possibilità di cenare ottimamente gustando i piatti locali preparati da Tommaso. Insomma ci siamo trovati proprio bene e consigliamo questo agriturismo, sperando di riuscire a tornare ancora anche noi We stayed in the company of friends for four days in this farm, where we immediately felt at home. The owners Tommaso and Daniela are pleasant and helpful people. The property is well maintained and surrounded by greenery, a few km from the center of San Gemini (very nice). The location is convenient to reach the many beautiful places to visit (among other things Tommaso is always available to recommend new places to visit). There is the swimming pool and in the evening the possibility to dine excellently tasting the local dishes prepared by Tommaso. In short, we were really good and recommend this farm, hoping to be able to come back again too
o	ori fra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo agriturismo nel week end di Pasqua con una coppia di amici, posto bellissimo e rilassante, cibo ottimamente cucinato da Tommaso che ci ha regalato insieme a sua madre una calorosa accoglienza. È stato inoltre sempre prodigo di consigli sulle varie escursioni da fare nei dintirni. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, da consigliare! We stayed at this farm over the Easter weekend with a couple of friends, a beautiful and relaxing place, excellently cooked food by Tommaso who gave us a warm welcome together with his mother. He was also always generous with advice on the various excursions to do in the surrounding area. We felt at home, to be recommended!

Cucina da vero Agriturismo, primi e secondi piatti tipici e ben fatti, veramente eccezionali. Colazione buona, con dolci preparati da loro, ed abbondante. Che dire di più? Un grande grazie ai proprietari Tommaso e sua madre che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa We were looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature and that's what we found. Excellent service and availability of the owners. Cuisine from a true farmhouse, first and second courses typical and well made, truly exceptional. Good breakfast, with sweets prepared by them, and abundant. What more can we say? A big thank you to the owners Tommaso and his mother who made us feel at home
