Io ho mangiato un crudo misto di pesce (tartare salmone e tonno rosso, ostriche , scampi e gambero rosso fenomenale). Come secondo non ho resistito ed ho preso una bistecca, davvero ottima, la mia ragazza ha preso un fritto di pesce, molto gustoso e poco unto, con una pastella particolare ma che davvero si sposa bene con il patto. Gli amici hanno preso lumache (a loro detta veramente buone e ben fatte, non stucchevoli come Capita di mangiarle) e midollo del femore di mucca, anche questo piatto una prelibatezza Da tornarci assolutamente. He returned to this tavern with friends because they have recently integrated the menu with fish dishes. I ate a mixed raw fish (salmon tartare and bluefin tuna, oysters, scampi and phenomenal red prawn). As a second I could not resist and I had a really good steak, my girlfriend had a fish fry, very tasty and not very greasy, with a particular batter but that really goes well with the pact. The friends took snails (they said they were really good and well made, not cloying as it happens to eat them) and cow's bone marrow, also this dish a delicacy To go back absolutely.

Il perosnale gentile e cordiale, moltp brava la ragazza nel consigkiare i vini da abbinare alle pietanze scelte. Buona presentazione dei piatti eprpdottidi buona qualità.. Da riprovare ?? Posso solo conaigliare... Dinner with work colleagues, nice and quiet ppstp .. The polite and friendly staff, very good the girl in recommending the wines to match the chosen dishes. Ma la "sostanza" è l'ottima cucina, piatti diversi dal solito, gentilezza e cordialità del personale. Ottima la ciccia. Ho mangiato un pici cacio e pepe che neanche a Roma. Lo consiglio. Torneremo sicuramente a far visita....e a sgranare. Externally it does not "strike". No panorama, no rustic farmhouse, no meadow or wood. But the "substance" is the excellent cuisine, dishes different from the usual, kindness and friendliness of the staff. Excellent meat. I ate a pici cacio e pepe that I didn't even have in Rome. I advise. We will definitely be back to visit .... and shelling.

Il titolare professionale e cortese. Atmosfera top. Consigliato! I fell in love with the tartare with stracciatella and caramelized onions. The pici with cheese and pepper are also excellent. La battuta di fassona strepitosa ... ottima cmq tutta la ciccia mangiata ... e anche il dolce! Sarebbe un 5 stelle plus se non fosse per il pane non buono e da noi non mangiato e per il vino non prezzato. Ma lo consiglio vivamente. Anonymous exterior ... nice interior with big tables. Nice welcome and excellent dishes. The amazing Fassona battuta ... excellent cmq all the meat eaten ... and also the dessert! It would be a 5-star plus if it were not for the bread that is not good and not eaten by us and for the wine that is not priced. But I highly recommend it.
