★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta dove ho comprato prima 1 caminetto poi una stufa a pellet. Competenti ma "indaffarati e distratti": a volte non rispondono al telefono e dopo 3 anni ancora non sono riuscito a farmi fare la certificazione dell'impianto.
Firm where I first bought 1 fireplace and then a pellet stove. Competent but "busy and distracted": sometimes they don't answer the phone and after 3 years I still couldn't get the system certified.
