Accolti da una signora sorridente e allegra, penso Carmela, che ci mette fin da subito a nostro agio e ci accompagna al tavolo, ottima prima impressione. Poi arriva un'altra cameriera che ci porta il menù e dopo nemmeno 2 minuti (lo dico con certezza poiché avevo il telefono sotto mano) ci chiede se eravamo pronti per ordinare. Alla mia risposta negativa sbuffa con impazienza dicendo che sarebbe tornata poco dopo. Va bene che eravamo andati lì per prendere la pizza, ma 5 minuti politici per guardare il menù ritengo debbano essere dati. Ad ogni modo, come programmato ordiniamo la pizza e non ho potuto fare a meno di notare che una donna che era in cucina si sposta per andare in pizzeria, mentre il pizzaiolo resta ad un tavolo a parlare e scherzare con altri clienti senza nemmeno degnare il nostro ordine. Non abbiamo visto molto di buon occhio la cosa sinceramente e magari se le pizze le avesse fatte lui, il risultato sarebbe stato diverso. Ma arriviamo al dunque: pizza con tantissima mozzarella con chiazze di bruciato un po' su tutta la superficie (purtroppo sia sopra che sotto) e con una consistenza gommosa e acquosa. Il tutto quasi completamente insapore. Pessima esperienza. Do due stelle invece di una per l'accoglienza davvero piacevole che ci ha dato la signora bionda. All almost completely tasteless. Bad experience. I give two stars instead of one for the really nice welcome that the blonde lady gave us.

Siamo stati molto bene......Personale è proprietaria molto accogliente gentile disponibile ... Dal antipasto primo secondo ottimi?....... Cibo tradizione proprio toscano crostini buonissimi è tagliata a funghi porcini ottima . Bravi? complimenti al personale. I was with a Bolognese family to taste Tuscan tradition.
