Angelo, l'oste, è un personaggio che saprà intrattenervi con la sua spontanea compagnia. Il cibo è davvero ottimo, gli anolini in brodo qualcosa di eccezionale, fatti da loro. Chiedete il vino buono, con etichetta, e magicamente la suddetta riporterà tale dicitura (vedere foto per credere ?) Personale all'altezza delle aspettative, bravissimo il cuoco nel gestire la cottura delle carni. Locale altamente consigliato. Grazie We organized a dinner for 6 people and I followed the advice of the excellent reviews of this tavern. Angelo, the host, is a character who will be able to entertain you with his spontaneous company. The food is really great, the anolini in broth something exceptional, made by them. Ask for the good wine, with a label, and the aforementioned will magically bear this wording (see photos to believe ?) Staff up to expectations, the cook is very good at managing the cooking of the meats. Highly recommended venue. Thank you

Antipasti di salumi che da solo basta per tre persone. Menù che offre la tradizione piacentina classica, pisarei eccezionali. You eat very well, you spend the right amount and you can chat with the owners. Difficult to want something more. Salami appetizers that alone is enough for three people. Menu offering the classic Piacenza tradition, exceptional Pisarei.

Da primo impatto il menù non è enorme, d'altronde se vuoi avere materie prime fresche e di qualità non puoi avere una offerta infinita, però quello che c'è viene preparato in maniera eccellente, ottimi anche i vini. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliato. Excellent restaurant all very good the owners are nice. At first glance the menu is not huge, on the other hand if you want to have fresh and quality raw materials you cannot have an infinite offer, but what is available is prepared in an excellent way, even the wines are excellent. We enjoyed it very much, recommended.

Il personale ci ha accolti immediatamente in modo cordiale e disponibile, facendoci accomodare al tavolo. Intanto che sceglievamo cosa mangiare, ci è stato portato uno stuzzichino composto da una ciotolina di insalata russa e una di giardiniera giardiniera, entrambi artigianali (o almeno così sembravano) . Il menù non è enorme bensì è composto da pochi piatti tutti molto invitanti, noi abbiamo optato per un antipasto di salumi, un primo di pisarei e faśö, picula di cavallo e uno stracotto di asina con polenta, ovviamente il tutto accompagnato da un vino della casa molto piacevole. Tutti i piatti sono stati buoni come ci aspettavamo e il prezzo è stato più che onesto avendo speso sessanta (60) Euro per tutto. Molto contenti di aver visitato l'Osteria d'una Volta! Very nice restaurant, consisting of two large rooms just enough to accommodate a handful of tables. The staff immediately greeted us in a friendly and helpful way, making us sit at the table. While we were choosing what to eat, we were brought an appetizer consisting of a small bowl of Russian salad and one of pickled vegetables, both artisanal (or so they seemed). The menu is not huge but consists of a few dishes all very inviting, we opted for an appetizer of cured meats, a first course of pisarei and faśö, horse picula and a stew of donkey with polenta, obviously all accompanied by a wine from very nice house. All dishes were as good as we expected and the price was more than fair having spent sixty (60) Euros for everything. Very happy to have visited the Osteria d'una Volta!

The food is great, we had specific italian apetizers that come on platters (cheese, prosciutto) and they serve something additional: some type of boeuf salad (made of mayo and vegetables) and a pickled vegetables salad. We also had pasta with cheese which was very tasty. Would come again!
