★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi che l'unico servizio, essendo stato il primo/ultimo richiesto, e non avendo avuto alcuna risposta dagli addetti, a seguito di apposita iscrizione all'associazione non promuoverei la suddetta come una valida struttura a cui affidarsi per cause inerenti la propria casa.
 I would say that the only service, having been the first / last requested, and having had no response from the employees, following a specific registration to the association, would not promote the aforementioned as a valid structure to rely on for reasons inherent to one's home.

Sono andato per chiedere informazioni su qualcosa che, evidentemente, non conoscevo e sono stato trattato come se quella cosa su cui chiedevo informazioni dovessi conoscerla perfettamente. Direi che c'è molto da migliorare soprattutto in relazione alla puntualità delle informazioni e, ripeto, della cortesia del personale alla reception.
I found the young lady at the reception extremely rude. I went to ask for information on something I evidently did not know and I was treated as if the thing I was asking about should know perfectly well. I would say that there is a lot to improve especially in relation to the punctuality of information and, I repeat, the courtesy of the staff at the reception.
