Nice place, really good and very digestible pizza, other decent dishes, x prices that could be revised slightly downwards.

Molto carina l'idea della struttura della serra al centro della sala. Cucina e servizio hanno ampi margini di miglioramento... Cena in due, arriviamo alle 21.30 con il locale che si stava svuotando. Ordiniamo due antipasti (burrata con sfilacci di prosciutto crudo e ring di orzo con tacchino, ananas, olive taggiasche e pomodori) e due filetti al sangue (che chiediamo "al tartufo" supplemento 2 euro). Gli antipasti abbastanza anonimi, che non ti aspetteresti quasi di trovare in un ristorante. La carne... I due filetti sono arrivati dopo 40 minuti, cottura come richiesta, ma affogati in una salsa che di tartufo aveva solo un po' di profumo. Il resto, panna. Terribile. Due calici di vino (un bianco e un rosso), un dolce che abbiamo diviso e una grappa (di qualche marca sconosciuta...) Totale 84.50€. Un furto. Il personale di sala sembra assente e svogliato. La gestione è cambiata da meno di un anno, chissà che dipenda solo da un "rodaggio... Restaurant attached to the Mamiani hotel, pleasant and spacious environment with a beautiful view. The idea of the structure of the greenhouse in the middle of the room is very nice. Kitchen and service have ample room for improvement ... Dinner for two, we arrive at 9.30 pm with the place that was emptying. We order two appetizers (burrata with raw ham strips and barley ring with turkey, pineapple, taggiasche olives and tomatoes) and two blood fillets (which we ask for "truffle" supplement 2 euros). The appetizers are fairly anonymous, which you would hardly expect to find in a restaurant. The meat ... The two fillets arrived after 40 minutes, cooking as requested, but drowned in a truffle sauce that had only a little perfume. The rest, cream. Terrible. Two glasses of wine (one white and one red), a dessert that we have divided and a grappa (of some unknown brand ...) Total € 84.50. A robbery. The dining room staff seems to be absent and listless. The management has changed for less than a year, who knows that it depends only on a "break-in ...
D	Daniele Maffia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cenato per tre sere di fila in quanto ospite dell'hotel maiami. 4 stelle alla location, ben curata e molto carina. 4 stelle al servizio, camerieri molto disponibili e bravi, si danno molto da fare. Qualche imprecisione quando il locale era pieno ma erano davvero sottonumero e si sono scusati per la dimenticanza. 3 stelle per la cucina. Ho trovato alcuni piatti molto buoni, come le tagliatelle e la carne. Ma in alcune cose invece ho percepito un po meno qualità, come ad esempio gli affettati e la salsiccia. Peccato perché nel complesso è una buona cucina con alcuni piatti veramente buoni. Forse qualche prodotto un pò più di qualità non guasterebbe. Vale lo stesso per i dolci (che non sono di produzione propria), tiramisù molto buono la mille foglie che invece non mi è piaciuta. In sintesi con l'albergo ci ritorneri perché nel complesso si mangia bene, per una cena classica non saprei perché in zona ci sono locali migliori però ad un prezzo maggiore. I dined three nights in a row as a guest of the maiami hotel. 4-star location, well maintained and very pretty. 4-star service, very helpful and good waiters, they are very busy. Some inaccuracies when the venue was full but they were really understaffed and apologized for the oversight. 3 stars for the kitchen. I found some very good dishes, such as noodles and meat. But in some things, on the other hand, I perceived a little less quality, such as cold cuts and sausage. Too bad as overall it is good food with some really good dishes. Maybe some slightly more quality products wouldn't hurt. The same goes for the desserts (which are not of own production), very good tiramisu the mille leaves which I did not like. In summary with the hotel you will return there because overall you eat well, for a classic dinner I would not know because in the area there are better places but at a higher price.
M	Marco Rocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ? cibo a chilometro zero una cucina innovativa ma che rispecchia la tradizione del posto,personale molto cordiale e attento su tutti i dettagli, il mio voto da cinque stelle va al pizzaiolo (Natalino)un maestro nell’arte della pizza ? per me è stata una prima esperienza mangiare questo tipo di pizza ma senza dimenticare la cucina del posto Excellent ? zero kilometer food an innovative cuisine that reflects the tradition of the place, very friendly staff and attentive to all details, my five-star rating goes to the pizza chef (Natalino) a master in the art of pizza ? for me he is it was a first experience to eat this type of pizza but without forgetting the local cuisine

The food is good, the service is very kind and courteous, the environment is quiet and nice, and the pizza chef is also good. Recommended !!!!!!

Sembra più una piadina sottilissima che si gonfia nella cottura, in alcune parti, ma vuota. Non aspettatevi né una pizza normale né una pizza napoletana. Alla fine sembra che hai mangiato solo il condimento. Vi allego foto per capirci e menù. As a location it is not bad, however, "the pizza leaves something to be desired", not so much for the topping but for the dough. It looks more like a very thin piadina that swells during cooking, in some parts, but empty. Don't expect either a normal pizza or a Neapolitan pizza. In the end it looks like you only ate the dressing. I am attaching photos to understand us and menus.

Tutto perfetto soprattutto il primo, ottimo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono Very nice environment, elegant and very kind and helpful waitress at any time .. we took 2 starters, 2 first courses, desserts, wine and coffee. Everything perfect, especially the first one, excellent. Very good value for money
