J	JP R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was substandard with heavy odor of chemicals, when we requested a change we were mocked and shown a room with a large insect dancing on the wall, we were then told there were no other rooms available although the “hotel” was empty. The view was of a road and a housing estate, staff was too busy to answer queries, quality of linen was substandard, no tea or coffee making facilities, no complementary water. At checkout we had to pay cash as their card reader did not work. Not recommendable.
D	Daan Bos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Great view from one side of the building. The rooms are clean and well cooled by the airco, but nothing special. The hotel offers great facilities, like the spa (recommend), bikes for €5,- a day and a nice restaurant. Good place to stay for a visit to the lovely city of Urbino or San Marino.

J	José Dâmaso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location. Spa and swimming pool not included. Room cleaning is superficial. They mess around with one's private items like open the fridge, take pictures of what one has inside and the next day one receives a complaint because one cannot use the fridge for one's own bottled water (forget about drinking from the tap). One also receives complains for leaving used towels on the floor, bed, or anywhere indicating 'please give me a new one'. The newly opened restaurant is cheap but expensive for the health of one's stomach, specifically stronger if you accept their choice of wine. The wi-fi connection doesn't work, unless on the ground floor, and forget about asking to move to another room because the hotel is allways full, even though clients are scarcely seen around, at breakfasts for example. Please have breakfasts as early as possible, otherwise you'll only have leftovers. If you have a shower, you'll get a flood on the bathroom floor, but don't use towels, prefer to have you feet wet while shaving, otherwise you'll have a complaint at the reception the next day. If you decide to pull the window blind down before going to bed, wake up a neouron first, and remember things might go wrong I.e. when you grab the fragile plastic cord and pull it down, when the blind is stuck, it might break! And yes, you pay for the damage. The staff is really nice, though. Ahh, 4 stars?!
T	Tracybell Pepi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer at Reception is fantastic. Kind, helpful and always a smile on her face. The pool in the spa is lovely and clean. The hotel a little 'old' in some places, but very clean. Only downfall was the orange juice and the eggs were cold at breakfast. Other than that we had a relaxing, lovely break.
B	Brigitte Janssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures look really nice, but it’s all former glory. The shower needs an upgrade. Breakfast was ok, covid-proof. The timeslot was something we had to get used to. The bed was big, choose the superior room. We would not book this hotel again.
