Provato per caso, grazie a una promozione, è diventato un riferimento: per l’ambiente, caldo e rilassato con note raffinate senza esibizione; per l’accoglienza, garbata e attenta (anche nelle misure anticovid); per il servizio, efficiente con tempi perfetti; per l’offerta di un menù sempre intrigante, che propone suggestioni rispettose delle tradizioni ma coraggiose – come la ricetta dei ravioli della Carnia con patate, biete cacao amaro e cannella, conditi con burro e farina di mais – che non deludono mai; per la qualità degli ingredienti, che si percepisce nelle ricette, da quelle più semplici e ‘trasparenti’ a quelle più elaboraei. Imperdibili i dessert, intelligenti e mai scontati, anche quando presentano proposte ‘basic’- il Tiramisù è proposto con i biscotti Krumiri e con una inedita “doppia salsa al mascarpone”, la Cheesecake è “rovesciata” con il crumble in superficie: assolutamente da provare.
Il prezzo è del tutto allineato con l’offerta – ben lontano dagli impegnativi ‘blasonati’, con i quali compete per qualità complessiva dell’esperienza.

Tried by chance, thanks to a promotion, it has become a reference: for the environment, warm and relaxed with refined notes without showing off; for the welcome, polite and attentive (even in the anticovid measures); for the service, efficient with perfect timing; for the offer of an always intriguing menu, which offers suggestions that are respectful of traditions but courageous - such as the recipe for ravioli from Carnia with potatoes, beets, bitter cocoa and cinnamon, seasoned with butter and corn flour - that never disappoint; for the quality of the ingredients, which can be perceived in the recipes, from the simplest and 'transparent' to the more elaborate ones. Do not miss the desserts, intelligent and never predictable, even when they present 'basic' proposals - the Tiramisu is proposed with Krumiri biscuits and with an unprecedented "double mascarpone sauce", the Cheesecake is "upside down" with the crumble on the surface: absolutely try.
The price is completely in line with the offer - far from the demanding 'noble', with which it competes for the overall quality of the experience.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati da Osteria 50 in occasione del mio compleanno. Il locale è arredato con gusto in stile rustico raffinato, con oggettistica fuori dal comune.
Tavolo apparecchiato con dischi di legno come sottopiatto e tovagliato di lino rustico. Bellissimo!
I piatti sono molto ricercati, qualità delle materie elevata, studiati con ricerca e curiosità danno vita a piatti belli e soprattutto molto buoni. Qualità e quantità super soddisfacenti!
Siamo stati accolti con una doppia entrée di benvenuto.
Vini ricercati. Pane fatto in casa delizioso. Amari classici e ricercati.
Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di assaggiare dagli antipasti ai dolci e siamo rimasti soddisfatti ad ogni portata.
Stavamo festeggiando il mio compleanno, ed hanno avuto la delicatezza di donare una saponetta profumata alle signore al tavolo.
In totale, una serata meravigliosa! Mangiato benissimo, bevuto buon vino, terminato con un amaro ricercato e pure un gradito cadeaux.

My family and I went to Osteria 50 for my birthday. The restaurant is tastefully furnished in a refined rustic style, with out of the ordinary objects.
Table set with wooden discs as a placemat and rustic linen tablecloth. Very beautifull!
The dishes are highly sought after, high quality materials, studied with research and curiosity give life to beautiful and above all very good dishes. Super satisfying quality and quantity!
We were greeted with a double welcome entrée.
Wines sought after. Delicious homemade bread. Classic and refined bitters.
We had the opportunity to taste from appetizers to desserts and were satisfied with every course.
We were celebrating my birthday, and they had the delicacy to give a scented bar of soap to the ladies at the table.
In total, a wonderful evening! Eaten very well, drank good wine, finished with a refined bitterness and also a welcome cadeaux.
