I went for the replacement of the built-in refrigerator in the kitchen (bought in that shop years ago), the gentleman who welcomed me took the data and told me that he would send me an employee in the afternoon to take the measurements. (Saturday 17 / 10/20) No one has shown up to date. (Thursday 12/11/20) To highlight the "education" towards the customer!

J	Jack N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c siamo trovati per niente bene, cucina con ante rovinate un pò sbeccate , disponibili a cambiarcele ma dicono che richiamano e nn richiamano mai.....tornano per cambiarci le ante e ancora dalla fabbrica rovinate..tornano indietro ...ritornano la terza volta cambiate tutto ok apparte che nn tutti i pezzi li avevano ....mi arrendo nn ne voglio piu sapere va bene così e bom la cucina bella ma io mi chiedo la professionalità di richiamare il cliente con urgenza visto c è un problema dove è finita la professionalità???nn comprerò mai piu niente da voi perchè penso che il cliente va seguito anche dopo se c è qualche problema( come avete fatto )ma dopo che abbiamo chiamato e richiamato e richiamato! mai piu !!! C é una vasta esposizione orientata di più al moderno, solo per questo non ho messo 5 stelle, per il mio gusto personale rivolto al classico. Comunque c era un modello bellissimo di mio gradimento. Per il resto sono stato accolto molto bene da Sergio che mi ha illustrato bene dal catalogo i vari modelli classici della marca di mio interesse oltre che a darmi tante altre delucidazioni, é stato un incontro piacevole. Large shop in Galliate near the castle, I went because I was interested in a brand of kitchens. There is a vast exposure oriented more towards the modern, only for this I have not put 5 stars, for my personal taste turned to the classic. However there was a beautiful model to my liking. For the rest, I was very well received by Sergio, who illustrated me well from the catalog the various classic models of the brand of my interest as well as giving me many other explanations, it was a pleasant meeting.
